00:15So you have to make sure you've got certain elements in your team. We have been missing a few of

00:20Tough decisions will have to be made to get the team, get the club going back in the right direction.
00:25But it's a great club. It's a great club with really, really, really good fans, really passionate fans.
00:29You can hear that outside there. That's passion. That's disappointment because they love their football club.
00:35And they certainly deserve a lot better than this moment now.
