00:00Let me first begin by saying thank you. Thank you for your patience that you've shown in a
00:06personal and private matter for me and obviously everybody involved. I know that that's not easy
00:13for you and I respect that and I appreciate your efforts in doing so. I understand I could have
00:19addressed you guys sooner but it was important to me to have a conversation with the players
00:25which I did yesterday very candidly as we began our offseason program which everyone
00:31is excited to be a part of. Stacy had mentioned the players availability and it was never my
00:38intention to have them speak to you or address you before I did and so I asked him to come
00:45today and to talk with you. I also don't want to take away from the draft.
00:55To the weekend of the draft. This is an important time for us and our organization and the excitement
01:01and the joy that those players are going to have that we bring onto our football team.
01:06They're starting an amazing journey. One that should be celebrated as we welcome them onto
01:12our team. With that being said, I've had some difficult conversations with people that I
01:20care about, with my family, the organization, the coaches, the players. Those have been positive
01:27and productive. We believe in order to be successful on and off the field you have to make good decisions.
01:34That includes me. That starts with me. We never want our actions to negatively affect the team.
01:41We never want to be the cause of a distraction. Those are comments and questions that I've answered
01:49for the team and with the team. We'll keep those private and to ourselves. I care deeply about
01:57this football team and I'm excited to coach them. I also know that I'm going to attack each day with
02:05humility and focus. Um, and what I can promise you is that the, uh, my family, this organization,
02:12the team, the staff, the coaches, everybody, our fans, most importantly, uh, will get the best version
02:18of me going forward. And that's what I know. And I'm excited to do that. Um, but I wanted to
