00:04kaunay sa mga reklamo ng Securities and Exchange Commission sa kumpanya ng kanilang pamilya.

00:15Dumating sa Department of Justice ang magkapatid at kapwa senador na si Mark at Camille Villar

00:21para panumpaan ang kanilang counter-affidavit.

00:25Sagot nila ito sa reklamo ng isinampa ng Securities and Exchange Commission o SEC

00:30laban sa pamilya Villar at mga opisyal ng Villar Land Holdings Corporation.

00:35Then sa umano yung market manipulation, insider trading at umano yung misleading disclosure

00:40na naging dahilan daw para maligaw-umano ang mga investor.

00:45Ang magkakapatid na Villar ay tumatay yung directors of the board ng kumpanya.

00:49Para po sa Villar Land Holdings Corp at yung mga individual na directors at officers,

00:56we maintain that they did not commit any wrongdoing.

01:02Ayon sa abogado ni Senador Mark Villar, kampante itong walang basihan, nakakusasyon.

01:08He denies any wrongdoing. All actions were made in good faith and to ensure transparency.

01:15There is absolutely no evidence of fraud.

01:18Hindi naman dumalo ang kanilang mga magulang na sinadating Sena President Manuel Villar

01:23at dating Senadora Cynthia Villar.

01:26Pero nag-file sila ng verified manifestation and motion imbis na counter-affidavit.

01:31Kanila raw hiling madismiss ang reklamo.

01:35Yun po ang aming panalangin, yun po ang aming hinahangad,

01:39na sana po sa dulo ay mapanigan kami ng panel at madismiss po yung kaso laban sa kanila.

01:48Nangako naman ang patas na investigasyon ang DOJ.
