00:22But with the guys here, how they support me,
00:25because we all want success for the club,
00:27we can be open and honest about that.
00:29So the less mistakes, the better, to be sure.
00:32But they've supported me in many different areas, in many different ways.
00:36And I feel the players understand that we're all very aligned
00:38in terms of what we want to achieve.
