A tribal boy gets more than a lesson. His teacher gives him a name and, more importantly, a rulebook. “Bhagat Singh” is the kind of label you don’t wear lightly, because the values behind it show up in every choice he makes. When injustice appears, he doesn’t hesitate or negotiate with it. He clashes head-on with powerful evil forces that are basically allergic to fairness. The odds are laughably stacked, the universe doesn’t exactly hand out lucky breaks. But that’s the point. The film runs on one fuel: conviction. No flashy shortcuts, no convenient hero speeches that magically fix everything. Just a stubborn commitment to doing the right thing, even when right is clearly not winning today.

Ein Stammesjunge bekommt von seinem Lehrer nicht nur Unterricht, sondern gleich eine Ansage fürs Leben. Der Mann tauft ihn auf „Bhagat Singh“ und steckt ihm moralische Leitplanken in den Kopf, die auch dann noch sitzen, wenn es unbequem wird. Später ist der Junge nicht der Typ fürs Wegsehen. Er geht gegen Ungerechtigkeit an, auch wenn die Gegenseite die Sorte „mächtig und böse“ ist, die keine Diskussion führen will. Und ja, die Chancen wirken dabei so, als hätte man den Kampf auf „Ausprobieren“ statt „Gewinnen“ gestellt. Trotzdem macht der Film genau das interessant. Keine großen Tricks. Nur stures Rückgrat. Tradition trifft auf Ärger. Fertig ist der Ernst.
