00:00I want coach to be happy, I want him to be excited about the job,
00:04I want him to believe she's the right guy for the job,
00:07I want him to have an opportunity to again enjoy what he does,
00:16so whatever that means for him,
00:23everybody's plan is their own
00:25and I'm not going to try to tell anybody what to do.
00:29he knows how i feel about him that should uh shouldn't even need to be said but um
00:38you know however it goes you're excited about or actually you're uh thankful for
00:48what we've been able to accomplish over this run
00:53thankful for an opportunity hopefully to put it together to do something again next year
00:58and again i just want i just want coach to be able to look at you know the situation as
01:02a whole
01:03and feel like he's the right guy
