Jake Rosser is trying to be normal again. Former K-9 cop, family life, the whole “maybe I can finally sleep” thing. Then a violent gang targets his household and peace goes out the window like a trash can in a high school fight. Jake teams up with his new K-9 partner, Argos, and suddenly his instincts are doing the talking. The chase isn’t just about finding the bad guys. It spirals into a corrupt cartel situation, where convenient answers stop showing up and his own past starts catching up. There’s a lot of straight-up action here, with the dog angle giving the movie a sharper edge than most crime thrillers manage. It’s loud, direct, and not pretending to be sophisticated. In other words, exactly what you want from something called “Muzzle: City of Wolves.”

Jake Rosser will eigentlich nur durchatmen. Ex-K-9-Polizist, Familie, dieses mühsame „Vielleicht wird’s jetzt ruhig“. Spoiler: Wird es nicht. Eine brutale Gang zieht seine Leute auseinander, und plötzlich ist Jake wieder im Modus „Stopp, ich hab da noch was offen“. Sein neuer K-9-Partner Argos macht dabei mehr Sinn als jede zweite Gesprächsrunde. Gemeinsam jagt er die Täter, stößt auf ein skrupelloses Kartell und merkt ziemlich schnell, dass nicht nur die anderen korrupt sind. Seine Vergangenheit liegt ihm im Nacken wie ein zweiter Gegner. „Muzzle: City of Wolves“ ist kein subtiler Krimi, eher eine kluge Mischung aus Hundsnachrichten, Brachial-Action und dem Gefühl, dass Ärger leider nie aus dem Dienstplan gestrichen wird.
