“Nuremberg” (2025) takes the real WWII Nuremberg trials and focuses on the uncomfortable middle part: not who did what, but who tries to make sense of it. After the war, the major Nazi figures are put on trial. The court needs someone to assess their mental state. Enter Douglas Kelley (Rami Malek), a psychiatrist with a job that’s supposedly clinical.

Then he gets stuck with Hermann Göring (Russell Crowe). Not just any defendant. Göring is sharp, charming, and absolutely not interested in playing fair. Kelley sees the manipulation coming, of course. And yet he keeps leaning closer, as if understanding evil could be a form of control. Spoiler: it isn’t.

This is a tense courtroom drama where the biggest threat to justice might be the expert who can’t stop being fascinated. Also, Russell Crowe makes Göring equal parts terrifying and weirdly magnetic.
----------

Kelley merkt natürlich, was Göring abzieht.
