ಹರಿಹರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವೀರಶೈವ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತ ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ಜಗದ್ಗುರು ಪೀಠದಿಂದ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಉಚ್ಚಾಟನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ನಾಯಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಗಳು ಇಂದು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಜಯ ಮೃತ್ಯುಂಜಯ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಇರಬಹುದು, ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಿದ್ದಲಿಂಗ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಇರಬಹುದು, ಈಗ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್‌ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿದರು.

Vachananda Swamiji made serious allegations.He claimed that there are anti-Lingayat elements within the mutt, and that leaders of the Panchamasali community are being deliberately targeted as they are growing stronger in Karnataka.
He alleged that just like them, he has now been targeted, suggesting a pattern of actions against rising Panchamasali leaders and swamijis in the state.
