00:00Some of the innovation you find at CES 2026 is a little bit different.
00:04It doesn't have components. It doesn't have electricity.
00:07Maybe it makes electricity.
00:09So this is a geowind device in miniature.
00:13And now I'm going to show you the big guy and explain why it's important.
00:17So this is something, it's a casohedron shape.
00:21Why is that important?
00:23A traditional wind turbine in high winds, they have to stop it because it won't hold up.
00:28This guy, they don't even know how fast it can go.
00:31It will hold up.
00:32It's an incredibly strong, lightweight design.
00:36This could end up energy places, you know, places that generate energy could end up in homes.
00:41So, you know, for a house, it would cost maybe $5,000 or something like that.
00:46But you might be generating a lot of energy for your house.
00:51But what's really interesting here is that this is sort of a really unusual, non-traditional shape that serves a
01:01real purpose to produce potentially more electricity, more consistently than you can get from a traditional wind turbine.
01:09So it's kind of fascinating.
01:11We don't usually see a lot of stuff like this at CES 2026 or at any CES really.
01:16But we found it and we brought it to you on TechRadar.
01:20Stick with us for more cool gadgets and innovations from the show.
