These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
It was another weekend and I went out to meet with others and exchange our various collected images and information files, at different locations. If any of the uniformed and civilian organized harassment perpetrators and collaborators bitch and whine, we are just out for some socializing, sightseeing the beautiful scenery, enjoying food and drink, attending cultural events. Even the perps and collaborators can be made to look like a bunch of assholes like they are, for suppressing and violating your constitutional, charter, or whatever rights of free association, speech, thought, expression, etc. You and us all can make the perps and collaborators appear as a bunch of lying hypocrites, which they truly are anyway.
Once again, any crowded, busy, noisy facilities make it much more difficult to track and follow every movement, conversation, hand gesture, etc. The moving crowds, flashing lights, and noise serve as many distractions. Anyone scanning any rooms will have to be very alert to many things all happening at the same time.
I function much better in these crowded, noisy, and flashy environments, than the usual average citizen. I was a former Federal Government functionary in a national defence/national security related government department. I was also a a side job crowd control staff at a sports entertainment arena complex. My fellow crowd control staff and I were stationed at various check points to prevent shoplifting thefts from the hockey team store, prevent contrabands from entering the arena, taking down belligerent customers, and squad close in protection of VIP celebrities, and their guests. The last thing the facility want are some crazed fans jumping on stage to get close to the singers, dancers, presenters, guests, etc. The facility also does not want psycho fans intercepting the celebrities between the stage and their dressing rooms, drunken beer riots, looting of the expensive merchandise.
Some of my international multi platform audiences asked me if I prefer online digital file transfers or the in person storage device file transfer methods. Online transfers are fast and convenient, but they are vulnerable to digital interception and altering of the information. In person storage device file transfers are more personable and old school, which is not susceptible electronic interference. Online feels like you are playing a video game, while in person can also be somewhat sociable, even if briefly.
