00:22Now we always start in the same way and that's by sitting on our bottoms,
00:27crossing our legs and bringing our hands together at our hearts
00:32to say our special yoga codeword, which today is Nam-e-s-ter.

00:51Easter! Yes, today's story is a lovely Easter adventure
00:57here in this lovely playroom.

01:07Yes, it's Bebby, Finn, Bora and Brody's.

01:16We're going to have fun with Finn, Bora and Brody today.

01:26Can you see the giant egg?
01:30It's wiggling and jiggling like it's about to hatch.

01:38The egg has turned into three eggs.
01:41A jungle egg, a rainbow egg and an ocean egg.

01:53What happened to the eggs?
01:55Where are they going?
01:58I think they're hiding.
02:02We need to go on a fun Easter egg hunt yoga adventure to find them.

02:17Now, our first egg is a jungle egg
02:21and it looks like it rolled all the way into the jungle.
02:26So, let's grow tall like trees in our tree pose
02:31to make the jungle appear.
02:33Coming up to stand without touching our hands on the floor.

02:40Yay!
02:41Standing tall, we bring one foot on top of the other
02:44using our heel, our toes for balance.
02:47We bring our hands together at our hearts.
02:50Now we grow, grow, grow our branches high
02:53and open them out wide.

03:52to be our lovely long elephant trunk.

04:17So let's do our lion pose. After three, we're going to lift our paws, stick out our tongues and go
04:26rah. Ready? One, two, three.
04:37We found it. Oh, well done, everyone. And thank you, Finn, for your rawsome roaring. Sitting back on our heels

04:52Oh. Now, the rainbow egg flew off into the rainbow sky where Bora's favourite unicorn lives.
05:04That's it, Bora. Fantastic idea. Let's get to the rainbow sky by doing our rainbow pose.
05:14Coming up high onto two knees, we stretch one leg long, our arms out wide and drop down onto one
05:23hand.
05:24We sweep our top arm all the way up and over to make our rainbow. That's it.
05:32Oh, wow. Look, we've arrived in the rainbow sky. Isn't it lovely?
05:40Oh, and we can see a butterfly and a unicorn coming to sit back on our heels.
05:51Can you see? Look, the little eggs there, the rainbow egg. It's hiding behind the butterfly.
06:00So, come on, let's do our butterfly pose. Sitting on our bottoms, soles of our feet together, knees out wide.
06:10We flutter our knees up and down like the beautiful wings of a butterfly.
06:18Amazing butterflies, everyone.
06:26Well, would you believe? Now, the rainbow egg is hiding behind the unicorn.
06:32Oh, so let's try our unicorn pose, shall we?
06:36Coming up onto one knee, we bring our hands together at our hearts and reach them all the way up
06:43to the sky, being our unicorn horn.
06:46Now, we rock forward and back going.
06:57Hooray! We did it!
07:02Well done, everyone. Fantastic unicorns. Coming up to stand.
07:10Now, for our last egg, the ocean egg.
07:14And I think that one rolled all the way across the ocean.
07:19So, let's grab our surfboards and surf to Pirate Island.
07:25Stepping one foot forward, one foot back, bending into our front knee, stretching our arms wide, and let's surf the
07:34waves.
07:35Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
07:43Oh, yes! Here we are on Brody's pirate ship, jumping our feet back together again.
07:52Now, we've just got to find that last ocean egg.
07:56Ah-ha! Come on, Pirates!
07:59Ah! We can see a parrot and a treasure chest.
08:06And look, can you see the little egg?
08:10The ocean egg is hiding behind the parrot.
08:13So, let's do our parrot pose.
08:17Bringing our feet together, we fold halfway forwards and lower our arms down.
08:24Now, we lift our arms like our parrot wings going, squawk, and lower them back down.
08:30And again, lift them, squawk, and lower them.
08:35And last time, lift them, squawk, and lower them.
08:39Oh, very good, everyone. Coming up to stand.
08:50Now, the little ocean egg is hiding behind the treasure chest.
08:55So, let's do our treasure chest pose, shall we?
08:58Coming to sit on our bottoms, soles of our feet together, making a big boxy diamond shape with our legs.
09:06We hold onto our ankles, and because this treasure chest is closed, we fold all the way forwards, nose to
09:14toes.
09:16Now, after three, we can sit up nice and tall and open the treasure chest and hopefully find that ocean
09:24egg.

09:34Hooray, we did it!
09:37The ocean egg was hiding behind the treasure chest.
09:43Well done, pirates!
09:46Now, we found all three eggs.
09:49The jungle egg, the rainbow egg, and the ocean egg.
09:55Oh, wait, what happened to the eggs?
10:02Oh, can you hear that music?
10:06Let's give our ears a rub and have a little listen.
10:11Oh, it sounds like someone's having a party.
10:17Oh, hey, let's have a look through our cosmonoculars.
10:22Maybe we can see where the eggs went, joining our thumbs and fingers together.

10:53Hugging our knees into our chest, we wrap our arms around and we lift our toes off the ground to
10:59balance like a little magic egg.

11:55Brilliant dancing everyone, the egg dance is so much fun, you look amazing,
12:12that was egg-tastic, we had loads of fun doing the egg dance didn't we? Let's enjoy having a little
12:22moment of calm now and do some of our lovely petal breaths to fill our hearts with calm and kindness
12:30and I think the eggs will enjoy this too. Coming to sit with our legs crossed, first we make our
12:39hands
12:40into flower bulbs, all of our fingers joining at the top. As we breathe in we open our petals wide
12:47stretching our fingers like a flower blooming.
12:53And as we breathe out we join them back together again, letting the petals softly close.
13:03That's it, let's do two more. Breathing in, opening up those petals, and breathing out joining
13:14them back together again. Last time, breathing in, bright and beautiful. Breathing out,
13:31peaceful and calm. Lovely, we did it! We found all of the Easter eggs and had so much fun doing
13:44the
13:45egg dance and we even did some of our lovely calm petal breaths. What an adventure! Now let's finish
13:54just the way we started, with our hands together at our hearts and our special yoga codeword which
