Cal Starr has a TV habit. Not a cute one. More like the kind that makes Westerns seep into your bloodstream until you start treating them like instructions. Somewhere along the way, Cal becomes absolutely certain he’s the reincarnation of Sitting Bull, the Lakota leader who was killed in the late 1800s. And yes, he even steals a Lakota Ghost Shirt. Because apparently that’s how you prove destiny. The thing is worth around a million bucks, and now it’s sitting in Cal’s mother Mandy’s car. She’s trying to run from her violent boyfriend Dillon. Cal isn’t. He’s convinced he has to find “his” people again. In other words, the black market gets a front-row seat to chaos.

Kein Witz. Sogar ein „Ghost Shirt“ mit indigenem Bezug landet bei ihm, und das Ding ist angeblich eine Million Dollar wert. Spoiler. Das Shirt liegt plötzlich im Auto von Cals Mutter Mandy. Die will damit aus der Nummer raus, weg von ihrem gewalttätigen Freund Dillon. Aber Cal hat einen anderen Plan. „Sein“ Volk finden. Natürlich, weil es ja nie ohne Eskalation geht.
