Kosmo used to be that celebrated techno producer and DJ. Then, in the night that was supposed to be their big break, things go sideways with his best friend. One argument and suddenly he is out of the scene while a new wave of DJs becomes famous. No glory. Just silence.

Then he finds out Troy Porter, a legendary techno pioneer, is on the lineup of one of the city’s most notorious clubs. So Kosmo makes a last-ditch move. He wants to hand over his brand-new vinyl record to Porter himself. It’s the kind of plan that sounds simple right up until it starts falling apart. What follows is equal parts bass pressure and mental static, with unexpected encounters popping up like glitches in the track. Hope, ego, and a whole lot of low-end doing overtime.

Kosmo war mal der gefeierte Techno-Produzent mit dem DJ-Glow-up. Dann knallt es in der Nacht, die alles hätte verändern sollen. Streit mit seinem besten Freund. Danach wird aus der Szene Rückzug. Während eine neue Generation zu Stars hochschwappt, sitzt er erst mal fest in seiner eigenen Enttäuschung. Bis er hört, dass der legendäre Techno-Pionier Troy Porter im Line-up eines der berüchtigtsten Clubs der Stadt steht. Kosmo will das nicht nur hören. Er will ihm seine neueste Vinyl-Platte persönlich geben. Klingt nach „kleinem Plan“. Ist es auch ungefähr. Nur eskaliert das Ganze zu einem Trip, auf dem Begegnungen, pulsierende Bässe und ziemlich schiefe Wahrnehmung schneller drehen als jeder Plattenspieler.
