00:00Astro-Industry Oncology, may I now request Dr. T.S. Rao, Dr. Lorenzo Ferry and Dr. Pramesh,
00:09including Dr. Rajapad, to please Felicitam Gharu for his encouraging and inspiring presence here.
00:30Can we have a louder round of applause?
02:35Thanks.
06:49And I am truly privileged to be part of this event.
06:55Dr. Sveep prank is a god.
07:08Dr. Sveep tease pic is a conscious doctor.
07:10And a group of doctors and medical doctors, the doctorate doctor was a great a good night
07:18Cancer Hospital and Research Institute. Dr. Senthil Rajapha, Head of Medical Oncology,
07:26Baswar Dhargum, Indo-American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute.
07:30Distinguished delegates, esteemed faculty and dear colleagues, what we have witnessed
07:37today is not merely the inauguration of conference. You are witnessing history. For the very first
07:46time, the International Society of Disease of Esophagus and Susan India has its home.
07:53ISD India Edition 2026 is not just a milestone for all children. It is a landmark moment for
08:03the entire nation of oncology community. This did not happen by chance. India has earned
08:10stage through decades of relentless clinical work, growing rich output and the sheer scale
08:21of outpatient care experience. The Indian oncology has risen to a point where the world's most
08:28respected medical societies now look to us. Not merely as participants in the global conservation,
08:36but as hosts, contributors and leaders. As a treasurer of the transport of Baswar Dhargum,
08:43Indo-American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, I spent 25 years watching every rupee invested
08:52in this institution transform into something for greater than the infrastructure, into hope,
09:03into healing and into training of hundreds of young doctors who have gone into service, gone
09:11into several patients across the country and be void. That is the return of investment that matters
09:17most to us. That our silver jubilee, 25 years of cancer care, research and academic excellence coincide
09:27with historic first Indian edition of ISDE is not of coincidence. It is a validation. A quarter-century
09:37of staying true to our founding principle. The world-class cancer treatment is not just a privilege of few.
09:45It is right that every patient in this country deserves. Hosting a conference of this global
09:53structure requires more than intent. It requires institutional strength, financial sustainability and years of trust
10:01built with the international medical community. I am proud to say that as a non-profit institution, we have
10:09achieved all this while continuing to make cancer care accessible to patients, regardless of their
10:16economic background. That balance between excellence and equity is what defines the Baswar Dhargum spirit.
10:25This conference, I believe, will be a transformation not just for…
10:30The chief financier gets to give the open thanks. I have a big list of people to thank. So, since
10:39we have to
10:41keep very much within the time, I will quickly run through that. Respected dignitaries on the dais and off the
10:47dais.
10:48Esteemed faculty, all of you who have gathered here, it has been a remarkable day today. I am sure it
10:54will be a super day tomorrow.
10:55So, let me start. I think all people who spoke here today have given this vote of thanks in bits
11:03and pieces.
11:04But let me put all of this together and give you a formal vote of thanks.
11:10Let me start by thanking our beloved chairman, Sri Nandamuri, Balakrishna Garu, Sri Prasad Garu,
11:18and Sri Manti Brahmani Garu, who immediately agreed at the moment. He said you have to come to the inauguration
11:26and came here and it has been
11:28icing on the cake for all of us here today. So, thank you so much for all of us.
11:36Professor Ferry and Professor Kato, thank you so much for bringing this conference to India.
11:43It has been a privilege to host both of you and we have learnt so much from you both the
11:50other day when
11:50Edward and Professor Ferry were there in the hospital with us and from Professor Kato, who is really a big
11:59guy
11:59if you really want to call him that way in the field. It is very humbling to be speaking on
12:05the same podium
12:06as you did. Great. It is a privilege for all of us. Professor Pramesh, thank you so much for getting
12:15ISDE to Hyderabad.
12:18I am sure you are happy with the way things have gone and you will get the bigger ISDE to
12:24India too
12:24with the organizing capabilities of everybody who has been here today. To the faculty, you have been exemplary.
12:32The agenda has been multidisciplinary. Thank you so much. I almost feel so small in front of all the
12:43well accomplished dignitaries and all of them who have felicitated today. But thanks so much for that
12:50really flattering introduction. I think one thing that I am really excited about today is the fact that it is
12:58one of those very few conferences where we are not just doing well on time but we are actually ahead
13:03in time. So I will try and keep the spirit and keep my speech also really short. I am also
13:11really glad
13:12and excited to see how much of a family we are among all of us. It almost feels so warm
13:18though I am a
13:19newcomer to such events. Also, I am so excited to see the diversity in the room. We see majors from
13:27different
13:27countries. We also see a good amount of representation from women, which I am gently not used to seeing.
13:33I have been to many events in this specific room and I must say that this is one of those
13:37very few events
13:38where I see so much like this. So distinguished faculty, esteemed global delegates and our partners
13:47from Tata Memorial Hospital, respected colleagues and dear friends. It is both my honor and my privilege to
13:55welcome all of you to Hyderabad for this prestigious gathering. It is a great forum that represents the
14:03very frontier of knowledge, collaboration and innovation. On behalf of the Board of Maswa Taraka
14:11Middle American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, I extend our warm greetings to each one of you.
14:21Your presence here is a testament to a shared commitment to push the boundaries of science,
14:28to refine the art of healing and above all, to improve the lives of patients
14:34who really need this and place their trust in us. And I think this is so important, especially in the
14:42geopolitical context of today's world, where we are seeing nothing but lack of trust and polarization and
14:49things such as those. So I am really proud that we are making this happen in our field. Our institution,
14:55Baswa Taraka Middle American Cancer Hospital was founded with a very clear and compassionate vision,
15:01inspired by our founder, my beloved grandfather, to make quality cancer care accessible to all,
15:09irrespective of their background or social status or economic status. Over the years, that vision has
15:17evolved into a living mission and that's what you see 25 years later, to combine clinical experience with
15:25empathy. Research with responsibility and innovation with inclusivity. If there's one great thing that
15:32I've learned post being part of the Board of Trustees of Baswa Taraka, I think empathy is a big one
15:39that I would
15:39choose and our doctors, like many of you out there, are amazing at doing it and giving that kind of
15:46specific
15:47care attention to each and every patient no matter where they come from. As we mark 25 years of our
15:57Hospital and Research Institute, yes, our silver jubilee year, I find myself thinking less about where we are
16:05today and more about what we can be achieving in the next 25 years. Today, we're hosting the world and
16:12I feel
16:13very proud about it. This is the power of a vision that refuses to be small. Hosting the ISD in
16:23Hyderabad is
16:24deeply meaningful to all stakeholders and that's been mentioned earlier already by Dr. Ferry. Cancer presents
16:32unique challenges in India and is a physical cancer in specific, often diagnosed late, influenced by
16:39distinct dietary and environmental factors and intertwined with issues of access and awareness. It is
16:47precisely these complexities that make global collaboration not just valuable but essential. India is at a
16:56defining moment in oncology. We have the clinical volumes and the talent. We have the hunger to learn and the
17:04wisdom
17:04that we have been drawn from several complicated cases and diverse set of patients and populations.
17:11What we sometimes lack in the global platform is to share what we know and learn from the best.
17:19ISDE India Edition 2026 is that particular platform and it begins today. What makes this gathering
17:28truly special is its multidisciplinary spirit? I've noticed that aside from surgeons, oncologists,
17:35gastroenterologists, there are researchers, there are healthcare providers, leaders, etc. Each one of you
17:43brings a vital perspective. Together, we form a continuum of care that transforms outcomes from early
17:52detection to advanced therapies, from survival to quality of life. As Paswatakam, we see the conference as a great
18:03bridge in many aspects. A bridge between global expertise and local sensibilities and realities. A bridge
18:11between cutting-edge research and everyday practical clinical execution, between innovation and accessibility.
18:19We are particularly excited about the opportunities this platform creates for young clinicians to learn
18:28because you are the future of cancer care of India and the world. For institutions to collaborate and
18:34for new ideas to take root. The future of physical cancer care lies not only in breakthrough technologies,
18:43but also in how effectively and how efficiently we can transfer this across diverse healthcare settings.
18:53As we look ahead, let us remember that every discussion we have here, every insight we share,
18:59ultimately converges on one purpose, the care of the patient. Behind every case study is a life,
19:07behind every statistic is a story, and behind every innovation is hope. We are proud to partner in this
19:17journey with ISDE and with all of you, really. I have attended some events as part of our institution, like
19:25I
19:25mentioned earlier, but this one is really special by bringing India to the center. May this conference
19:32inspire meaningful dialogue, foster lasting collaborations and spark innovations that will
19:39shape the future of care. On behalf of our trust, I extend our deepest gratitude to Professor Farid and
19:48all the dignitaries on the dais for your support and many others who have been involved in the process.
19:54I thank our international faculty who have crossed continents to be here. I know it's not been easy
20:02with the war and with geopolitical issues and flights getting postponed canceled. It really means a lot that
20:10you put in the effort to be here for a cause and a purpose. I'd also like to thank our
20:18organizing team,
20:19who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes and every delegate whose presence makes this gathering extra
20:26special and possible. I wish you all a productive and enriching set of interactions and discussion.
20:32Thank you, once again, for making it possible in Hyderabad.
20:48Distinguished guests, esteemed faculty, international delegates and dear colleagues,
20:55this is where we start, learn, unlearn and relearn. Because I've been in the film industry thanks to my dad,
21:10my mom. To the God for being born with them and again remembering all the audience about my dad,
21:24in their hearts, which they have built like a God. And I always say that it was not only a
21:38dad to me,
21:39but also my mentor and my mom, because of whom this hospital has been started, who has died of this
21:51disease.
21:54And it was her wish that the cure for this disease, which was very costly, has to be extended to
22:05the bone at a very low cost and
22:10par with the international standards. So then this hospital was started in the year 1989 by my father,
22:23and it took us 10 long years to come in this hospital because it was a trust and no profit,
22:32no loss hospital and institution.
22:36And in 2000, it was completed and opened by then the Chief Minister of the United States of
22:49Panthamadesh and Telangana and then the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Hattali Bihari Bajibai Garu.
22:55And slowly, slowly before me, many of my producers, like chairmen and board of trustees,
23:08and the doctors who have also, some of them are here, who are there since the inception of this hospital,
23:16so enjoyed every multiple tasks, which I like to enjoy multiple tasks,
23:17which I have been working on and the staff in the hospital, which has been now entered into the 35th
23:19year,
23:20Silver Jewelry. And we are going forward because of their effortless service, which they have exited.
23:31some of them who are here in the audience who are there since inception of the hospital.
23:39So like enjoy every multiple task like which I am satisfied with.
23:49So this is something more than I appreciate our hospital management and the doctors,
23:56the medical, non-medical and the paramedical nursing staff and the social department
24:02because the satisfaction which they get in providing the services to the patients
24:14and which the patients also are all very cooperative.
24:19Like the second step into the hospital, the trauma is the trauma which kills the patient half.
24:28And that trauma is gone.
24:31So half the disease is written off and then the rest is taken care by the…
24:39I don't know how to call them the doctors or the…
24:42This is the Basavdara Indo-American Cancer Hospital and Disease Institute family, the fraternity,
24:48which they extend.
24:49And through that and through them, they have achieved many miracles.
24:56And we are part of being a non-profit organization.
25:04And we have been…
25:07We have a very good scientific board also,
25:09which updates us with all the latest treatments.
25:12And we keep on getting them to the doctor's demands
25:18and the patient's expectations from the hospital.
25:21And so today because of that is where we are standing.
25:30So I thank everyone of my hospital fraternity
25:34and for such conferences which have been conducted.
25:38So it's a profound honor and moment of great pride to welcome each one of you
25:43to the International Society of Diseases Office of Vegas, India edition 2026
25:49here in the city of Berks, Hyderabad.
25:53This is a historic occasion.
25:55For this is the very first Indian edition of the ISDE
26:00and we are deeply humbled to be your hosts on this landmark stage.
26:04What makes this movement even more meaningful is that this year,
26:08like I said, the Basav Dharagam,
26:10Indo-American Cancer Australia Research Institute celebrated
26:12in San Patooli, 25 years of unwavering commitment to cancer care,
26:18research and academic excellence.
26:21Two minds tolls, one powerful convergence.
26:24For a quarter of a century, the institution has stood on a singular belief
26:28that the world class cancer treatment must not be a privilege of the few,
26:35but an accessible right for every Indian.
26:37Our pursuit of research has never been forced or performed in you.
26:42It has been organic, purposeful and deeply undermined without clinical mission.
26:48Because when evidence rises, practice patients receive not just treatment,
26:53they receive the best possible chance at life.
26:57This places us at a unique and extraordinary crossroads,
27:01one of the highest volume oncology centers in the country,
27:04advancing surgical training and innovation,
27:07while continuing to serve as a non-profit contribution committed to giving back to the society.
27:14We do not mainly practice medicine here.
27:16We practice a promise.
27:18A promise to fight disease with rigor,
27:21to restore hope with compassion,
27:23and to stand beside every patient with both science and humanity.
27:28Gatherings such as this one are not incidental.
27:34Gatherings such as this one are not incidental,
27:38they are essential.
27:39Because when great minds converge across borders, disciplines and institutions,
27:46knowledge does not merely accumulate,
27:48it transforms,
27:49it challenges assumptions,
27:51it opens doors that were previously unseen,
27:57and ultimately it reaches a patient on the operating table,
28:03the patient in a ward,
28:05the patient who trusted us with their liking.
28:07This conference will be far more than a series of presentations.
28:12It will be a crucible of ideas,
28:14ideas that challenge the way we think,
28:19innovations that redefine the way we operate,
28:22and collaborations that will carry our field into a future none of us can yet fully imagine.
28:29It is my privilege to introduce the distinguished colleagues who have joined us today,
28:34whose presence honors this occasion.
28:37Shri Jay Sattva Sadhgaru,
28:39trust board member and researcher,
28:41whose steadfast support anchors everything we do.
28:45Shri Jay Sattva Sadhgaru,
28:47trust board member and executive editor of Heritage Foods,
28:49a limited missionary leader,
28:51and an inspiration to all of us.
28:53Professor Lorenzo Ferri,
28:57President of the ISEE,
29:00and editor of the upper GI cancer program at McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
29:06We are truly honored to,
29:08we are truly honored by your presence and leadership.
29:12Dr. C. S. R. Pravesh Garu,
29:16director of data,
29:17memorial hospital mobile institution,
29:20and an individual who needs no introduction,
29:23and whose contributions to Indian oncology are in measurable.
29:30Dr. T. Supervisor Rao Garu,
29:33medical director and chief surgical oncologist of our institute,
29:36the clinical and academic pillar of everything we have been to over these 25 years.
29:41Dr. Sattva Rajapagar,
29:43head of medical oncology at our institute,
29:46whose leadership in medical oncology continues to set benchmarks of excellence.
29:52So we are richer for your presence, each one of you.
30:01To the young surgeons, residents and trainees in this room,
30:04I want to speak to you directly.
30:07You are not here merely as observers.
30:09You are here as the next generation leaders in this field.
30:15Every breakthrough in medicine began not in a laboratory,
30:18but in the mind of someone who dared to ask a better question.
30:22Every expert standing before you today,
30:25were once exactly where you are.
30:28Full of curiosity, full of questions,
30:30and willing to learn.
30:32Hold on to that curiosity.
30:35It is your greatest asset.
30:37India today stands at a defining moment in global oncology.
30:43The depth of our clinical experiences,
30:45the scale of our patient volumes,
30:47the brilliance of our talent,
30:49and the tenacity of our spirit.
30:52These are not just strengths.
30:54They are responsibilities.
30:56We are no longer merely participants in the global medical conversation.
31:01We are shaping it.
31:03And even like this,
31:06the ISDE,
31:07India Foundation,
31:08in 2026,
31:09I have come for exactly that.
31:13Hyderabad,
31:15a city of centuries,
31:16of culture, warmth,
31:18and intellectual heritage,
31:19which welcomes you with open arms,
31:21and an open heart.
31:23I hope,
31:24that when you leave the city,
31:26you carry with you,
31:27not only new knowledge,
31:28and sharper skills,
31:30but also meaningful friendships,
31:31renewed purpose,
31:34and lasting inspiration.
31:35On behalf of the entire organization team,
31:38the faculty,
31:39and the Basav Darukam family,

31:57where this is needed a lot.
31:59The area is very dry.

32:19I have completed,
32:20I think now,
32:20another two years.
32:21I have completed my third job.
32:24So, it's all because of what,
32:26their wantings were,
32:27and what I was able to give to them,
32:32which was started,
32:33designed,
32:34was my father's brainchild,
32:36and took shape under the leadership of our dynamic visionary leader,
32:43the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh,
32:45Mr. Chandrapabh Nairagaram.
32:47And,
32:48today,
32:50there is a very,

34:42Because,
34:44I've been in the film industry,

34:54for being born with them,
34:56and,

35:01about my dad,
35:03in their hearts,

35:22because of whom,
35:23this hospital has been,
35:25started,
35:25started,
35:26who has,
35:28tried off this,
35:30disease,
35:32and,
35:33it was her ambition,
35:35that this,
35:38the cure for this disease,
35:40which was very costly,
35:41has to be,
35:42extended to the bone,
35:44at a very low cost,
35:46and,
35:46uh,
35:49part with the international standards.
35:51Yes.
35:51So then,
35:52this hospital was started,
35:54in the year 1989,
35:56by my father,
35:58the Rint,
35:58Shri,
35:59Nandamurita,
36:00Rama,
36:00Rau,
36:01and it took us,
36:0310 long years,
36:04to come in this hospital,
36:05because,
36:06it was a,
36:06trust,
36:08and,
36:08uh,
36:08no,
36:09uh, profit,
36:10no loss,
36:11hospital,
36:12and institution,
36:13and,
36:15uh,
36:182000,
36:19it was completed,
36:20and then,
36:21opened by,
36:21uh,
36:22opened by then,
36:24the,
36:24uh,
36:25chief minister of the United,
36:26uh,
36:27states of,
36:28and then,
36:29the,
36:30uh,
36:30prime minister of India,
36:31Mr.
36:32Atalikari,
36:32Vajpaygaru,
36:34and,
36:34uh,
36:35slowly,
36:35slowly,
36:36before,
36:36uh,
36:36me,
36:37uh,
36:38many,
36:38uh,
36:40of my,
36:41uh,
36:41uh,
36:42like,
36:42chairmen,
36:43and,
36:43uh,
36:45board of trustees,
36:46because,
36:47and the doctors,
36:48who have also,
36:49uh,
36:50some of them are here,
36:51uh,
36:51who are there since the inception of this hospital,
36:54which has been,
36:55now,
36:57entered into the 35th year,
36:58silver jewelry,
36:59and we are,
36:59uh,
37:01uh,
37:01going forward,
37:02uh,
37:02because of their,
37:03effortless,
37:04um,
37:05and,
37:06uh,
37:07service,
37:07which they have extended,
37:09uh,
37:10some of them,
37:11who are here,
37:12in the audience,
37:13who are,
37:13there since the inception of the hospital.
37:17So,
37:20like,
37:20enjoy every,
37:21uh,
37:21multiple task,
37:23uh,
37:23like,
37:23which I am,
37:24uh,
37:25uh,
37:26satisfied with.
37:27So,
37:28this is something,
37:29more than,
37:30I,
37:30uh,
37:31appreciate our,
37:31uh,
37:32hospital management,
37:33and,
37:34uh,
37:34the doctors,
37:35the medical,
37:36non-medical,
37:37and the paramedical,
37:38uh,
37:38nursing staff,
37:39and the social department,
37:40because,
37:41uh,
37:42the satisfaction,
37:43which,
37:44they get,
37:45in providing,
37:47uh,
37:49the services to the,
37:51patients,
37:52and which,
37:53the patients also,
37:55uh,
37:55are,
37:57all very cooperative,
37:58like,
37:59uh,
38:00second,
38:01they step into the hospital,
38:02the,
38:02the trauma,
38:03it's the trauma which kills the patient,
38:05half.
38:06And,
38:07that trauma is gone,
38:09the,
38:09so,
38:09the,
38:09half the disease is,
38:11uh,
38:12yeah,
38:14written off,
38:14and then,
38:15the rest,
38:16is taken care by the,
38:18I don't know,
38:18call them,
38:19the doctors,
38:20or the,
38:20is this,
38:21the Vasodhark and Dominican Cancer Hospital,
38:23and this is institute,
38:24family,
38:25the fraternity,
38:26which they extend,
38:27and,
38:27uh,
38:28through this,
38:29through,
38:30that,
38:31and through them,
38:32they have,
38:33achieved many miracles,
38:35and,
38:36uh,
38:37we are part,
38:38being a,
38:39non-profit organization,
38:42uh,
38:43uh,
38:44we have been,
38:45we have a very good,
38:46scientific board also,
38:48which updates us,
38:49with all the latest,
38:51and,
38:51uh,
38:52we keep on,
38:52uh,
38:53getting them,
38:54uh,
38:55to the doctor's demands,
38:56and the patient's expectations,
38:59from the hospital,
39:00and,
39:01uh,
39:02so,
39:02today,
39:03because of that,
39:04uh,
39:05is where we are,
39:06uh,
39:07standing.
39:08So,
39:08I thank,
39:09uh,
39:10everyone,
39:10uh,
39:11of my hospital fraternity,
39:13and,
39:13uh,
39:13for such conferences,
39:15which have been conducted.
39:16So,
39:17uh,
39:18it's a profound honor,
39:19and a moment of great pride,
39:20to welcome each one of you,
39:21to the International Society of Diseases,
39:23of Eesophagus,
39:24India,
39:25uh,
39:26edition 2026,
39:27here,
39:28in the city of,
39:29Burks,
39:29Hyderabad.
39:31This is a historic occasion,
39:33for this is the very first,
39:35Indian edition of the,
39:37ISDE,
39:38and we are deeply,
39:39humbled to be your host,
39:41on this landmark stage.
39:43What makes this movement,
39:44even more,
39:45uh,
39:45is,
39:45that this year,
39:47uh,
39:47like I said,
39:5225 years of unwavering commitment,
39:55to the,
39:55to cancer care,
39:57research,
39:57and academic,
39:58uh,
39:58excellence.
39:59Two minds tolls,
40:00one powerful convergence.
40:02For a quarter of a century,
40:04the institution has stood,
40:05on a single,
40:05singular belief,
40:07that the world class,
40:08cancer treatment,
40:09must not be,
40:10a privilege of,
40:12the few,
40:13but an accessible right,
40:14for every Indian.
40:16Our pursuit of research,
40:17has never been forced,
40:19or,
40:19uh,
40:19performative.
40:20It has been organic,
40:22purposeful,
40:23and deeply,
40:24undermined,
40:24without clinical mission.
40:26Because,
40:28when evidence rise,
40:29practice,
40:29patients receive,
40:30not just treatment,
40:31they receive,
40:32the best possible,
40:32chance,
40:34at life.
40:35This,
40:36places us,
40:37at a unique,
40:38and extraordinary,
40:38crossroads,
40:39one of the highest,
40:40volume,
40:41oncology centers,
40:42in the country,
40:42advancing,
40:43surgical training,
40:44and innovation,
40:46while continuing,
40:47to serve,
40:48as a non-profit,
40:49contribution,
40:49committed,
40:49to giving back,
40:50to the society.
40:52We do not,
40:53mainly practice,
40:54medicine here.
40:54We practice,
40:55a promise.
40:57A promise,
40:57to fight disease,
40:58with rigor,
40:59to restore hope,
41:00with compassion,
41:02and to stand beside,
41:03every patient,
41:03with both science,
41:04and humanity.
41:06Gatherings,
41:07such as this one,
41:08are not,
41:08uh,
41:09incidental.
41:11Uh,
41:12gathering such,
41:13as this,
41:14one are not,
41:15uh,
41:15incidental,
41:16they are essential.
41:18Because,
41:19when great minds,
41:20converged,
41:21across borders,
41:22disciplines,
41:23and institutions,
41:24knowledge does not,
41:25merely accumulate,
41:26it transforms.
41:27It,
41:27challenges assumptions.
41:29It,
41:30opens doors,
41:31that were previously unseen,
41:35and,
41:36ultimately,
41:37it reaches a patient,
41:38on the operation table,
41:40operating table,
41:41the patient in a quad,
41:43the patient,
41:44who tested us,
41:44with their liking.
41:46This conference,
41:47will be far more,
41:47than a series,
41:48of presentations.
41:49It,
41:50will be a,
41:51crucible of ideas.
41:53Ideas,
41:54that,
41:54challenge,
41:55the way we think.
41:57Innovations,
41:57that,
41:58redefine,
41:59the way we operate.
42:01And,
42:01collaborations,
42:01that will carry,
42:02our field,
42:03into a future,
42:04none,
42:05of us,
42:05can yet,
42:06fully imagine.
42:08It,
42:08it is my privilege,
42:09to introduce,

42:59who needs no introduction.

43:53Every breakthrough,
43:54in medicine,
43:54began,
43:55not in a laboratory,
43:56but in the mind,
43:57of someone,
43:58who dared to ask,
43:59a better question.
