00:47We've invited two new members to join NATO. It was a historic act.
00:53Finland and Sweden, two countries with a long tradition of neutrality and choosing to join NATO.
01:01Some of the American press will remember when I got a phone call from the leader of Finland saying, could
01:06he come and see me?
01:07And he came the next day and said, will you support my joining my country, joining NATO?
01:14We got the telephone. He suggested we call the leader of Switzerland, Switzerland.
01:20My goodness, my goodness. I'm I'm getting really anxious here about expanding NATO.

01:30Oh, I think he is a war criminal.

01:41The president's remarks speak for themselves.
01:43He was speaking from his heart and speaking from what he's seen on television, which is barbaric actions by a
01:48brutal dictator through his invasion of a foreign country.
01:52There is a legal process that continues to is underway, continues to be underway at the State Department.
01:58The note is we haven't seen any effort to deescalate from President Putin and from the Russian military.
02:05But how President Biden makes decisions is through the prism of our own national security.
02:10And and as we've said before, a no fly zone would require implementation.
02:14It would require us potentially shooting down Russian planes, NATO shooting down Russian planes.
02:21And we are not interested in getting into World War Three.
