00:08Well, I can't do that, but I authorize for two reasons, really.
00:11Number one, they have emptied their prisons into the United States of America.
00:16They came in through the, well, they came in through the border.
00:21They came in because we had an open border policy.
00:23And as soon as I heard that, I said a lot of these countries,
00:26they're not the only country, but they're the worst abuser.
00:28And they've entered their, they've allowed thousands and thousands of prisoners,
00:35mental institution, people from mental institutions, insane asylums,
00:40emptied out into the United States.
00:41We're bringing them back, but that's a really bad,
00:44and they did it at a level that probably not, many, many countries have done it,
00:48but not like Venezuela.
00:49They were down and dirty.
00:51And the other thing are drugs.
00:52We have a lot of drugs coming in from Venezuela.
00:54And a lot of the Venezuelan drugs come in through the sea,
00:57so you get to see that.
00:58But we're going to stop them by land also.
