00:00Do you feel, when you think of events like this, stadium fights, Tyson Fury, Ring Magazine cards, just where does
00:08this sit? How big is it?
00:11I mean, it's massive. You know, there's a lot of talented heavyweights out there, a lot of talented fighters, but
00:18as they say, there's only one Tyson Fury.
00:21And the heavyweight division hasn't been as lively with Tyson being gone, and now that he's back, it seems like
00:31things have brightened up.
00:33You know, when it's a Tyson Fury fight, it's like a spectacle. He's got this whole cast of characters around
00:40him.
00:41There's just drama, there's fun, there's all sorts of antics that go on.
00:48I mean, even the buildup to this fight, you know, it's been a little crazy, even for me.
00:55You know, just lead up in the fight week, and, you know, I get a call saying, yeah, you've got
00:59to do this face-off, and we've got to harness you up.
01:02And I'm like, harness me up? And they're like, yeah, you're going to be up on top of the stadium.
01:09And then, you know, we're up there, the three of us, and we're all trying to make sure the harnesses
01:14are good,
01:14and we're looking down, and, you know, I'm seeing my light flash before me.
01:18I'm like, it's a pretty long drop.
01:21But you can only get that in a Tyson Fury fight.
01:24That's the kind of buildup to a Fury fight.
01:26We are doing a face-off on top of the stadium.
01:29I think, you know, Tyson, I've said it before, he's not just one of the most recognizable boxers on the
01:36planet.
01:36I think he's one of the most recognizable athletes on the planet.
01:43Everyone, no matter where he goes, they know Tyson Fury.
01:47And, you know, he's got a dangerous, dangerous, determined opponent in front of him,
01:51a very big monster of a man, a guy who has dynamite in his hands.
01:58He didn't pick an easy assignment for his return.
02:01And, you know, it's going to be a lot of action on Saturday night.
02:05We can't wait for it when Tyson Fury is in the house.
02:08It is always a Netflix show.
02:11It could have incredible connotations for the heavyweight division.
02:16Now, Tyson, I'm going to start by saying that His Excellency, Turkey and I have a shake,
02:21has a direct message for you.
02:24He says you owe him a rabbit.
02:29Will a big, ugly bear do?
02:32There we go.
02:32I think that must be an inside joke.
02:34We'll find out the meaning of that soon.
02:36But now, we have to speak to the fighters.
02:39So I'm going to start by talking to Mark Ramsey, head trainer of Oslambet, Mahmoudov.
02:46When the opportunity to face Tyson Fury was presented,
02:49what was the initial reaction inside the team?
02:52Was it an immediate yes or was it something that you had to consider?
02:56Listen, you work all your life to be at that point, to have those kind of opportunities.
03:01And everybody was very happy.
03:03We jumped on it.
03:04We have a very good training camp.
03:06No injury, no excuse, and just ready to fight.
03:10Now, Fury's size, his movement, his unpredictability is very hard to replicate.
03:16How do you even begin to find sparring partners that can emulate that,
03:19that can give you a look of what you're going to see on fight night?
03:22When you prepare for training camp of those kind of fights,
03:25you cannot find in one sparring partner all the quality, all the level of the opposition.
03:32What you need to do is to isolate the quality of the opponent
03:35and bring in a training camp multitude of training sparring partners
03:38and be able to work on all those details.
03:42And for those viewers that may be new to boxing,
03:45for those seasoned boxing fans that might not have followed Oslambet's rise to prominence closely,
03:50what should they know about him?
03:52And what makes him a genuine threat to this man Tyson Fury come Saturday?
03:56Can you repeat, please?
03:57For those that maybe haven't followed your man's career from the very start,
04:01maybe they're new to boxing, what should they expect from your man
04:04and what problems can he pose to Tyson Fury here?
04:07Fighting.
04:08Like, listen, we're going to give the fans exactly what they deserve, a good fight.
04:14I think the both styles are very, it's a good mix for fans.
04:19And let's believe on some action.
04:23Now, time to speak to Makhmadov.
04:25You're headlining a huge event on Saturday, live, worldwide, Ring Magazine card, on Netflix.
04:32How excited are you feeling right now, just days away from what is arguably the biggest fight of your career?
04:39First of all, hello, everyone.
04:42I'm very happy to be here.
04:44And to be honest, very excited.
04:46Very excited to be in this kind of event, in this big show with these big names.
04:53I'm very happy and can't wait for Saturday night.
05:00Now, I'm going to press you.
05:03I'm going to press you because this is the biggest stage that you've ever been competing on.
05:09It's a massive audience.
05:10This is your moment in the spotlight.
05:14It comes with a lot of pressure.
05:16Is there any fear at all?
05:18Or are you thriving on that pressure?
05:20I don't have nothing pressure because God prepared me for this moment all my life.
05:26I know we make around 10 years ago a photo.
05:30In this photo, it means a lot for me because God started to prepare me for this moment.
05:36And I believe this is my time.
05:40It's my hunting.
05:42That's it.
05:43For reference, Aslamet, you took a photo with Tyson Fury 10 years ago.
05:49And you had that on your wall.
05:50Now you're fighting him in front of 70,000 people or more at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
05:57Yes, I took a photo.
05:59I was still his fan.
06:03And he's a great boxer legend.
06:05But Saturday night, I go for my job.
06:09I go for my story.
06:12Now, fans have seen you do some rather unconventional things in camp in the past,
06:16including wrestling with bears.
06:18But this time, the challenge is very different.
06:21How have you prepared for Tyson Fury specifically?
06:24And where does this training camp take place?
06:27Yes, I know.
06:29I like a challenge from when I was a kid, I like a challenge, a lot of challenges.
06:36And one of my friends offered me this.
06:40It was interesting to try myself with the Kainos monster, you know,
06:46because it's, to be honest, it's very scary.
06:48And if somebody, it's like a fake, you can trust, welcome.
06:53But to be honest, I don't want to try anymore this because it was so scary.
06:58But I want to feel myself in this terrible situation to control myself in this, my emotional,
07:07in this terrible situation.
07:09And I want to have this experience in my life.
07:13That's, this was funny.
07:15I think it was funny, but it wasn't funny, of course.
07:17But it was a good experience.
07:22He's been wrestling bears.
07:24No bears in Thailand?
07:25Unfortunately not, no.
07:27No bears in Thailand.
07:29Did have Jose Parker there, though, and a few other heavyweights to tussle with.
07:35It's been a good camp.
07:37I've had a 16-week training camp for this.
07:39I've been away from my family, all the old steamer bullshit, all the old boxers, we'll say.
07:43Everything's gone all great and all that.
07:45But it really has.
07:49I don't remember having as good as camp, really.
07:52As positive as camp and as injury-free camp.
07:54And when you get to my age and you've had as many hard fights as I have,
07:58there's always injuries and there's always problems.
08:00And it usually fucks you up in training camps.
08:02But thank God, touch wood, I've been all right this time.
08:05And I've got through in one piece.
08:06And I always say, like, just get me to the fight in one piece and I'll do what I've got
08:10to do.
08:10And I'm here in one piece and I've got a couple of days to go
08:14till I make this dramatic fifth comeback out of retirement.
08:18They're not retirements anymore.
08:20They're just a bit of time off.
08:21Yeah, every time I come back, it's bigger every time.
08:24And I'm back for the fifth time, so it's extravagant.
08:26But this time, I not only bring Netflix with me,
08:30I'm also giving away free pizzas.
08:32So pretty good for a fat fucker, isn't it?
08:35Typical.
08:36Well, someone who's going to want to spoil that party.
08:39Arslan Bet, you are known as being a fast starter.
08:44Someone who's got 17 knockouts inside three rounds.
08:48Tyson Fury's been knocked down before,
08:49but it seems as though he's impossible to knock out.
08:53Do you believe you're the first man that could stop him?
08:55And how much does that opportunity drive you?
08:59Do you want to repeat it?
09:02Yeah, yeah.
09:02Short, shortly, please.
09:04No worries.
09:04Essentially, you're known as a fast starter with heavy hands,
09:08a lot of knockouts in the first, few rounds of fights.
09:12But Tyson Fury, the man you're facing, has never been knocked out.
09:16He's been knocked down.
09:17Do you believe you can be the first man to stop him?
09:22I'll say again, Tyson Fury is a great boxer.
09:27You know, in the box you have rules.
09:29You don't have to go for knockout.
09:32You have to go for a good boxer.
09:34Just what I want to do, it's a good boxer and this is my coach.
09:39This is my goal.
09:41And what's going to happen, we don't know.
09:44We're going to know Saturday night.
09:46Just to sit down now, oh, it's going to be this or it's going to be this.
09:51Nobody knows what's going to happen.
09:52God knows what's going to happen and we just do it.
09:54We don't have to do it.
09:55That's it.
09:56We were talking to Lennox Lewis earlier, who's part of the broadcast.
10:00And I think he echoes the opinions of a lot of journalists, a lot of boxing fans.
10:05What is the game plan?
10:06What are you going to implement come fight night that will help you beat Tyson Fury?
10:13This is a big game plan.
10:15Two big guys go in the ring to kill each other.
10:20Just one game plan.
10:21To land a lot of punch and don't receive punch for myself.
10:27That's it.
10:28Very simple.
10:29Simple game plan.
10:30That's it.
10:30No more.
10:31You're not giving anything away to the media.
10:34No.
10:35Nothing.
10:36You're not giving anything away.
10:38You're not giving anything away.
10:39I like that.
10:40Keep your cards close to your chest.
10:41Now, Tyson's been out of the ring for almost 16 months.
10:45Do you feel that those opening rounds are your best opportunity to catch him cold?
10:53Do you feel like, you know, if Tyson's spent a lot of time out of the ring?
10:58No, I don't think so.
10:59It's probably for him because for his experience, for his level of
11:05his boxing, it's not a big problem to stay away from boxing.
11:10And maybe even opposite is even best because he recover, you know, from
11:16back in the day, had a hard fight, you know.
11:19Well, that's why I don't think so.
11:21It's bad things.
11:22Thank you very much for your time now.
11:25On to Team Tyson.
11:27Frank, long-time promoter of Tyson Fury.
11:31Why Makhmodov and why now?
11:34Why now?
11:35Because Tyson's coming back.
11:37He's back and he's had, what's it, 18 months out.
11:41Had a fantastic year last year.
11:43We spoke about it over the weekend.
11:45And he believes, and a lot of people believe, that he'd become world champion again.
11:52He's the most colourful heavyweight out there.
11:54Every time he gets involved in a fight, the build-up to it, there's nothing like it.
11:59Everybody gets, you know, a real good fun time out of it.
12:03And in the ring, once he steps in that ring, you always get a quality fight.
12:08Top quality fight.
12:10You know, some of the best fights I've seen in heavyweight division have involved Tyson.
12:15Probably one of the best life heavyweight fights I ever see was the last fight he had
12:19against Wilder.
12:21That had me on the edge of my seats.
12:22That was an amazing fight.
12:24And we're on that road again.
12:26He's on that road again to show that he's the best.
12:31And one thing is for sure, he's the best showman out of all of them.
12:36And I'm quite sure he'll prove at the end of the day he's the best as well.
12:39That's the journey he's on.
12:41And all that means is you're going to get excitement.
12:43You know, the people at Tottenham on Saturday are going to see something special.
12:47The people on Netflix are going to see something special.
12:49Because you're seeing a special fighter.
12:52A great fighter.
12:53A modern-day great fighter.
12:55Thank you very much, Frank.
12:57Spencer, you, his manager, and his long-time friend, when did you realise that there were
13:03signs that he was mentally ready and physically ready to come back and do this all again?
13:07Because it's a hard game.
13:10Yeah, I mean, we talked about it all the time.
13:13And Tyson weren't really interested.
13:15He was with his family.
13:17And he was having a great time with his family.
13:19Seeing his kids for the first time in a long time that he'd spent time with them.
13:24He'd missed birthdays and missed Christmases.
13:27So, you know, he didn't want to come back straight away.
13:31He had a long, long think about it.
13:33He went and talked to his family, his wife, me, everybody concerned he spoke to.
13:39And in the end, it was down to him.
13:40And he made this decision.
13:41He was coming back.
13:42And it won't be a, it won't be just a flash in the pan, this.
13:46I think that you'll see Tyson, after this fight, go on to some bigger and better things.
13:54We all talk about the fight we all want to see.
13:57You know, let's talk about this first.
14:00And I'd just like to say thanks to Ring, to Turkey Ella Shake, to Netflix, you know, to put something
14:08like this on.
14:09And there'll be 60,000 to 70,000 people at Tottenham on Saturday.
14:14There'll be 60,000 to 70,000 Tyson Fury fans.
14:18And he hasn't fought in England for a long time.
14:21So people forget this is homecoming, really.
14:23He's back in England.
14:25He's back doing what he does best.
14:28And honestly, I mean, I've spoke to his sparring partners.
14:33I've spoke to everybody.
14:34His trainers, his sparring partners, everybody who's been around the camp.
14:37And they tell me that he's in the best form they've ever seen.
14:41His sparring partners said that he sparring everybody.
14:44And I mean everybody.
14:46And he said he was something special.
14:49He's very, very different on this occasion.
14:51He's so happy.
14:53I've never seen him so happy.
14:54In a camp, there's always niggles and there's always something.
14:59But this one, he's got through it all.
15:00There's no injury.
15:01There's no niggles.
15:03He's been so happy.
15:04Family are fully supporting him.
15:06So I just see on Saturday, Tyson, massive performance from Tyson Fury.
15:12A huge performance.
15:13Get up there, Tyson Fury.
15:16I'm sure that everybody is absolutely buzzing to see Tyson Fury back.
15:20And just as a note, joining us on stage is Ibrahim Mwaseb, Chief International Business Operator
15:26who I'm sure had a role in bringing Tyson Fury back.
15:29He was instrumental in that.
15:30Now, Tyson, these aren't retirements, are they?
15:34You love the game too much.
15:35And as your good man there said, it's a happy and healthy Tyson Fury.
15:42It's a dangerous Tyson Fury.
15:44It's the best version of Tyson Fury.
15:46And if anybody knows you, Spencer knows you.
15:49You know, people always question retirement for me.
15:52And I've retired five times before and wholeheartedly meant it five times.
15:58Successfully come back four times before.
16:00And we're going to find out on Saturday night if I'm going to be successful for the fifth time,
16:04which I believe I will be.
16:07Make no mistake, when I walk away every time from boxing,
16:11I have zero intentions of returning.
16:13However, after a few months, I'm like bored of the normal life.
16:18Dropping the kids off at school, taking the dog for a walk, that sort of stuff.
16:21And I miss the game, you know.
16:23I miss the boxing.
16:24I miss the press conferences.
16:25I miss all the, everything that comes with the big fights.
16:28I miss all that.
16:31And this time, there was a couple of defining moments for me
16:35that made that decision for me to come back.
16:37And one of them was my long-term rival, Anthony Joshua's crash over in Nigeria.
16:44And when I heard that news, it was so sad.
16:48And I thought to myself, you know, life's very short.
16:50And I've been a big advocate of saying, there is no tomorrow.
16:54Tomorrow's not promised to anybody.
16:55But when things like that happen, it certainly certifies that there is no tomorrow.
17:00So you've got to live every life like it's, every day like it's your last and enjoy.
17:04And I thought to myself, you know, I've still got love for this game.
17:07I know I can still do it.
17:08So that's why I'm coming back.
17:10And, but this time I thought, you know what, it's going to be different again,
17:14because for the first time in forever, I'm the hunter.
17:19I'm not the hunted.
17:20And we all know that when I've always been the hunter in the past, I've always fucked people up.
17:26And I feel actually sorry for Arsene Beck-Makmidov, because he's got to face me.
17:32An injury-free Tyson Fury, and on good form.
17:36I've had good preparation.
17:38And I'm going to make an example of him.
17:40He's a big 6'7", long 18-19 stone.
17:44He will not be able to get out of the way of me.
17:46And I'll knock his head right off his two shoulders.
17:48I'm going to lay him unconscious on Saturday night at Tottenham.
17:52I'll be like the Gamecock on top of Tottenham's Hotspur Stadium.
17:55And he'll be like the knocked-out man, spark out on the floor on the canvas,
17:58looking up, thinking, what the fuck just happened there?
18:00But it's no shame, because like he said, he's fighting the great Tyson Fury.
18:05And not only will I do it to him, I'll do it to all of them as well,
18:08like I've done many times in the past before.
18:10And like Frank touched on before, sooner or later,
18:16these so-called alphabetical world champions are going to have to fight me.
18:20Whoever it might be, whoever's got the belt at the time,
18:23will be hunted and will be destroyed.
18:26Let's face it, who are they going to fight to make any money?
18:29I'm the money man.
18:31When you mention Tyson Fury in heavyweight boxing,
18:34you know you're getting paid.
18:35So they're lining up.
18:36All of them, whoever's got belts,
18:38will be begging me to fight by the end of the year.
18:40On their hands and knees, begging the Gypsy King to fight them.
18:42And look at this, I've been out of the ring 16 months and back.
18:46I taught them Hotspur Stadium,
18:47I spent 60,000, 70,000 people there,
18:50bringing the biggest broadcasting streamer in the world with me, Netflix.
18:55This is my sixth stadium fight back-to-back.
18:58Who's ever done that before?
19:00ChatGBT said, nobody.
19:02I'm the first one.
19:04Can't argue with ChatGBT.
19:09First man in history ever to do six stadium fights back-to-back.
19:12No one's ever done that before.
19:14People fight in arenas and MGMs and wherever else,
19:17T-Mobile stuff,
19:18but not fucking six stadiums back-to-back.
19:22So, obviously, I'm the top man in this division.
19:26And I'm going to prove it again and again and again.
19:29And it won't be nothing to me because it's what I do.
19:32It's what I do.
19:33I fight, I box.
19:34And after watching Derek Chisora and Deontay Wilder the other day,
19:39I thought to myself,
19:40I'm not going to be like that shortly on Saturday night
19:43because if I am,
19:44please take me out to the field and shoot me.
19:46Definitely.
19:47We will.
19:48No disrespects to them two boys.
19:50They showed heart of lions and determination and everything.
19:55But age waits for nobody.
19:57One's 42, one's 40.
19:59It's coming to us all.
20:00They all say my legs are gone.
20:02They all say my reactions are gone.
20:04Tune in and find out on Saturday night
20:05because I'm telling you they're not
20:07and we're not this motherfucker spark out.
20:09And prove it.
20:11Well, Tyson,
20:11the man that's going to help you do that,
20:13you said initially in our first press conference
20:15was going to be just you.
20:17You were going to train yourself.
20:18But when I look out...
20:18Oh, by the way, yeah.
20:19Go on.
20:19I'll put you off from talking.
20:21I'm the man who's trained myself,
20:23fed myself,
20:24looked after myself,
20:26massaged myself,
20:27the fucking lot.
20:29I promoted myself.
20:30I managed myself.
20:31Is there anything else I can't do?
20:34You can do it all, Tyson,
20:35but when I look out into the front row,
20:37I see Sugar Hill there
20:38and he has been spotted.
20:39No, Sugar's not here.
20:40He's only here for moral support.
20:41Oh, he's here for moral support.
20:42With the pitchers AI as well
20:44from out in Thailand.
20:45Yeah.
20:46Are we going to do this?
20:48When did that decision get made
20:50that he was going to come in?
20:51Maybe not train,
20:51you just be there for that moral support
20:53that you needed.
20:55When did you come in, Sugar?
20:55Last week sometime, wasn't it?
20:59First.
21:00First of the month.
21:03There's one thing that don't tell Porky's
21:04and that's ChatGPT.
21:05I think there's something going on here.
21:07I don't know.
21:08When, you know,
21:09talking to that camp,
21:10it's been rather unconventional.
21:13Different location,
21:14different structure.
21:15How's that impacted you?
21:16You look happy.
21:18I am happy.
21:19You know,
21:20I don't know if it's because
21:21I've been away from my wife
21:22and kids for 16 weeks,
21:23which is weird if it's true,
21:25but,
21:25or if it's just because
21:26I've got this rejuvenation
21:27from the sun
21:28and the good people in Thailand
21:30and all of that sort of stuff.
21:31Now, I'm hoping it's the latter,
21:33not the first one.
21:36Yeah, I've been away from my kids
21:37and that.
21:37It's been a long time.
21:39I think 16 weeks
21:40is the longest I've ever been away for
21:41in my professional life.
21:45It's been great out in Thailand
21:47and I recommend it to anybody.
21:48You know,
21:49it's a great place for training.
21:50The only thing is
21:50it's really hot every day,
21:51which is good for...
21:52I thought that was the point.
21:53It's good when you're a fat fucker
21:54like me to get your weight off,
21:55for sure.
21:56Get it down anyway,
21:57not off.
21:58I'm still fat,
21:58but still,
21:59I'm proud of that.
22:00But I got my weight down
22:01nice and there,
22:02nice and steady
22:03and I ate good food
22:04and it was just a great experience
22:06and Spencer would be phoning me like,
22:08are you all right, Tice?
22:09Do you need anything?
22:10I'd say,
22:10Spencer,
22:11I'm 100%,
22:11I don't need nothing.
22:12He's like,
22:13you don't need nothing?
22:13I'm like,
22:14100%,
22:14I'm good,
22:18so yeah,
22:19it's been unbelievable.
22:20I've had great people around me,
22:21great training partners.
22:22Great team.
22:22Great team.
22:24And everyone's worked in
22:26and aside from all the joking,
22:27obviously,
22:27Sugar's been my long-term
22:29trainer and mentor
22:30from,
22:30we go back to 2009.
22:332009's a long way,
22:34Sugar, isn't it?
22:35And then Christian,
22:37he's my longest remaining member
22:40of the first team.
22:41We go back 10 years
22:42and then Sifu,
22:45old granddad,
22:45where is he at?
22:46He's there.
22:46I got grandpapa Sifu there.
22:48My two granddads are dead,
22:50so I've adopted him
22:50as my new granddad.
22:5275 years old,
22:53granddad Sifu,
22:54my trainer.
22:55And then I've had his son,
22:56Junior,
22:57and Mark,
22:57and all the boys
22:58over in Thailand,
22:59and it's been
23:00an unbelievable team.
23:01And Joe,
23:02and Mark,
23:02and Kevin,
23:04I've just had like
23:05an unbelievable camp.
23:07I've had current
23:08WBC cruiserweight champion,
23:10bridgeweight champion,
23:11sorry,
23:12training me.
23:13I've had Joseph Parker,
23:14former world heavyweight champion,
23:15training me.
23:16I've had upcoming guys
23:17training me.
23:18It's been unbelievable,
23:19honestly.
23:20I've had my son in camp,
23:21I've had my nephew in camp.
23:22What more can I say?
23:24I'm on four,
23:25and I'm ready to fight.
23:26No doubt about it.
23:27You look like you're ready.
23:29You could go tomorrow.
23:29Now,
23:30when fans think of you,
23:31they think of those epic battles,
23:33like the third fight.
23:33Sorry,
23:34I forgot the main man,
23:35Asgi.
23:36He's been with me
23:37the longest of all of them.
23:39Where's he at?
23:40Asgi,
23:41there he is.
23:42Me and Asgi go back
23:43such a long way,
23:44and I'm so happy
23:45that he's back
23:45part of the team.
23:46He's been a massive
23:47boost for me.
23:48Maybe it's fucking Asgi,
23:50you know,
23:51because I tell you what,
23:52who's in the corner?
23:53Everyone in the corner.
23:54Since he's been in camp
23:55this time,
23:56yeah,
23:56I've been so happy.
23:58And at every end
23:59of every span,
23:59look at Asgi,
24:00and he's like,
24:01well,
24:01if he's like that,
24:02I know there's a problem.
24:03He's like that,
24:04everything's good.
24:05And he doesn't say anything,
24:06I just know by one glance at him
24:08that everything's going well.
24:09And that's a good thing.
24:11There we go.
24:12You done?
24:13Everyone,
24:13everyone accounting for?
24:15Is there anybody else?
24:16Shouldn't have said it.
24:17Shouldn't have said it.
24:18No,
24:19I think we're all good.
24:20There's loads of people.
24:21I could keep going on
24:22forever.
24:22It's not an Oscar speech, Tyson.
24:24It's not about my personal life,
24:24isn't it?
24:25Big shout out to my mom,
24:26my dad,
24:27my girlfriend.
24:27I'm about to ask you about
24:28our camp score,
24:29come on.
24:30Now,
24:31when people think of Tyson Fury,
24:32those epic nights
24:33with Deontay Wilder,
24:34that third fight,
24:36you know,
24:36also an elusive,
24:37a masterful boxer.
24:39What version of Tyson Fury
24:40are we going to see
24:41after this incredible camp
24:42out in Thailand
24:43with all of the,
24:44you know,
24:44key people?
24:46Speedy,
24:47skillful,
24:48handsome,
24:48and destructive.
24:51100%.
24:52The one thing about me
24:53is I've never lost
24:54my speed or my reactions.
24:55I can put my hands down
24:56and let a heavyweight
24:57try and punch me in the face
24:58and get out of the way
24:58of 99% of them.
25:00Still got it.
25:02I'm looking for a good performance,
25:04you know,
25:04as good as it can be
25:05after 16 months out of the ring.
25:07And people say,
25:08oh,
25:08well,
25:08how will you know?
25:09Because I must have done
25:10500 rounds of sparring
25:11and I've still got it.
25:13The boys can testify to it.
25:15I'm doing all right
25:16in the gym,
25:16aren't I, Kev?
25:18There's no doubt
25:19you walk out
25:20at Tottenham
25:20in front of 60,
25:2170,000 British boxing fans.
25:23It's been a long time
25:24since you've been back
25:26in front of those guys.
25:28How exciting?
25:29How much does that drive you
25:31to put on that show?
25:32You said,
25:32you know,
25:33you said some harsh words
25:34to the man to my left.
25:35You said you want to make his face
25:37look like a butcher's block
25:37after four rounds.
25:39How much has that been motivating you?
25:41If it goes that far,
25:42it motivates me.
25:43It's been four years
25:44since I've been boxing in the UK.
25:45I've been out in Saudi Arabia,
25:47which was fantastic for me.
25:48It was unbelievable.
25:49Big shout out to Turkey El Sheikh
25:51and his Royal Highness MBS
25:54and everybody else involved.
25:56Dr. Rakan as well.
25:57I keep forgetting
25:57all these important people.
25:59I must have actually
26:00given you a platform for it.
26:01to the face.
26:03But yeah,
26:03like to come back to England
26:04and fight here
26:05in a stadium
26:06at Tottenham Hotspur,
26:07let's hope I do a lot better
26:08than Tottenham are doing right now
26:09because they're shocking
26:10at the minute.
26:14It's an unbelievable experience,
26:15you know,
26:16to have 60,000,
26:1770,000 cheering fans
26:18for you on Saturday night.
26:21Makhmadov's never been
26:21in that type of deep water before.
26:23His legs might go
26:24before he gets to the ring.
26:25You know,
26:26it's a somber experience.
26:28You've never been
26:29to big time boxing before
26:31and then you wake up
26:32and you're in the deep end,
26:33you're in the Atlantic Ocean
26:34and you say,
26:34right,
26:34swim back to England.
26:36That's how it feels like.
26:37All the world's cameras
26:38and media are watching you.
26:4070,000 screaming
26:41British fans watching you.
26:44It's an uphill battle.
26:46But listen,
26:47David's slayed Goliath.
26:50Anything can happen
26:51in this boxing ring
26:52and Makhmadov,
26:53make no mistake,
26:54as confident as I am
26:55and punching his face in,
26:57100% confident,
26:59he's a dangerous man.
27:00I already had 17 knockouts
27:02within the first three rounds
27:04of 19 KOs
27:06and only two people
27:07went the distance with him.
27:09Carlos Takam
27:10and Dave Allen
27:11who are both tough guys.
27:12So, you know,
27:14I've never
27:16overlooked anybody
27:17in my life
27:18and I've definitely
27:19not overlooked this beast.
27:20He's a scary dude
27:21and he almost pushed me
27:22off the top of
27:24Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
27:25three times the other day,
27:26which was,
27:27I was thinking to myself,
27:28why the fuck
27:29have I come up here?
27:29I was absolutely
27:30shitting myself.
27:33It was so high
27:34and I was looking down
27:35and it was a glass floor
27:35and the wind was blowing
27:36and it was shaking
27:37and then Arsenebeck
27:38decides to pretend
27:39to shove me.
27:40My legs went to jelly.
27:41I thought,
27:42oh, I fight this man
27:42a hundred times
27:43but I can't tell you
27:44this, I'm going to faint.
27:45I'm going to fall off him.
27:46I was that nervous.
27:48I didn't know
27:48I was afraid of heights
27:49until I got up there.
27:51What a surreal experience
27:52that was
27:53but it won't be anything
27:54compared to what he's
27:55going to face
27:55on Saturday night.
27:56Do you think the lights
27:57will be too bright
27:58for this man
27:59come Saturday night?
28:01And you've dealt with him.
28:02Only one way to find out.
28:03All the thinking,
28:04guessing,
28:04predicting,
28:06ain't far to wait
28:07and watch.
28:08Tune in on Saturday night.
28:09What time is this fight
28:10going to ring walk live?
28:11Me, 9.30,
28:1210 o'clock is it?
28:14I'll have to speak
28:14to the guy from Netflix.
28:15Depends on...
28:16Anybody in here
28:17can tell me that information?
28:189.30 to 10.
28:209.30 to 10.
28:22It's a bit weird, isn't it?
28:24That's not a time.
28:26That's between 9.30 and 10.
28:27Oh, 9.30 and 10.
28:28Okay, correct.
28:29There you go.
28:29Is that all right with you?
28:30That's all right.
28:31That's nice.
28:31The lights will be just bright enough.
28:33He sure does beat
28:33walking out
28:33three in the morning
28:34in Saudi for sure.
28:35Or half two.
28:37At least I can go
28:38get kebab after the fight.
28:40Tyson, finally,
28:41I'm going to wrap things up.
28:43You've mentioned a lot
28:44about pushing this sport forward.
28:46How do you, Tyson Fury,
28:48make boxing great?
28:50I bring the biggest
28:52and baddest shows
28:54to live television.
28:55It's a traveling circus.
28:57Wherever I go,
28:58I bring the attention.
29:00Not only have I got
29:02a massive fight on Netflix,
29:04which will be viewed
29:04by millions of people
29:06in the world,
29:06on Sunday,
29:08I release season two
29:09of At Home with the Furies
29:10with Netflix also.
29:12So that's something
29:13to put on your reminder list
29:15as well.
29:15Season two,
29:16At Home with the Furies,
29:17released Sunday.
29:19There we go.
29:19And we know
29:20what comes next
29:21after this fight.
29:22You beat this
29:23Russian man mountain
29:24and potentially
29:25that fight
29:26that we've all
29:27been waiting for.
29:29There could be.
29:29There could be,
29:30especially if you end up
29:32fighting the man
29:32that everybody knows
29:34we'd want to see,
29:36Anthony Joshua.
29:37Do you see that fight
29:37happening?
29:39Well, I don't want
29:40to be mentioning
29:41anybody's names
29:42and name dropping
29:43when I've got a dangerous
29:44heavyweight in front of me
29:45here in Arsene Bek-Makmadov
29:47and all those other tossers
29:48can wait their turn
29:49to get a good hiding.
29:51But first,
29:52I've got to deal with him
29:52and give him a good hiding first
29:54because many men
29:56have overlooked
29:56the first hurdle,
29:58have bigger names
29:58and been chinned,
30:00i.e.
30:00Anthony Joshua
30:01had done that before.
30:02But we're not going
30:03to go there
30:03because that's what
30:05I don't do.
30:05I like to just focus
30:06on me one man here
30:07who I've got
30:08and then come Sunday
30:10you can ask me
30:10all the questions
30:11you want about
30:12any other heavyweight
30:13in the world
30:13but give this man
30:14his respect.
30:15Like I said,
30:17when Daniel Dubois
30:18was fighting
30:18Anthony Joshua,
30:19everybody said,
30:20all the boxing brains
30:21of the world said,
30:22AJ was going to
30:23knock him outside
30:24three rounds
30:24and it was overlooking him.
30:26Are you going to fight
30:26Tyson next?
30:27Are you going to do this?
30:28Are you going to do that?
30:28And I said,
30:29you better put some respect
30:30on Dubois' name
30:31because he's going to
30:32chin him
30:32and that's what happened.
30:34So I won't fall down
30:35that hurdle
30:36or same track.
30:37I'm focused on this
30:38man mounting in front of me.
30:40He says he's 6'5",
30:41is he, fuck?
30:41He's as big as me.
30:43He says 6'5".
30:45On his knees
30:46he might be 6'5".
30:49So yeah,
30:49I've got to be switched on,
30:51100% focused
30:52and ready to rock and roll
30:53from round one
30:54because he's a quick starter
30:56obviously.
30:56He's had 17 knockouts
30:57in the first couple of rounds.
30:58So yeah,
30:59I better be on form
31:00and I better be,
31:01what did Eddie Earn
31:02call me?
31:03A herky-jerky motherfucker.
31:04Better be like that
31:05for the few rounds
31:05until he gasses himself out
31:07and then we'll see
31:08what happens from there.
31:09So the road map is set.
31:10You just go
