Yann can’t find work he actually wants to do, or one he can keep. So he latches onto the only idea that sounds both brilliant and slightly illegal-adjacent: Le Routard, the famous travel guide, allegedly pays employees to go see the world. Free vacation, basically. Yann talks his way into a trial research trip to Morocco. Because of course he does.

Then Morocco hits, and the job hits back. What starts as “I’ll just do some research” turns into an art-dealer mess, the kind that makes you check whether your life insurance has a clause for bad decisions. Sofia, a fiery travel guide, pulls Yann further in, and suddenly he’s tangled up in the dealings of the notorious art dealer Dr. Charoux.

It’s funny in that dry way where you realize the plot is less “plan” and more “survive the next problem.” And yes, nothing goes according to plan.

Yann hat den Job-Markt durchprobiert und ist dabei in ungefähr alle Sackgassen gelaufen, die man sich vorstellen kann. Sein Rettungsplan klingt trotzdem herrlich naiv: Der legendäre Reiseführer Le Routard soll seine Leute fürs Reisen bezahlen. Klingt wie ein Gratisurlaub mit ordentlichem Taschengeld. Also redet Yann sich eine Probe-Recherche nach Marokko zusammen. Spoiler: Das Universum nimmt sowas persönlich.

In Marokko steht plötzlich nicht die perfekte Reportage im Vordergrund, sondern Chaos, Schmuggel-Vibes und ein Kunsthandel, in den Yann mit der temperamentvollen Reiseführerin Sofia rutscht. Und dann ist da noch Dr. Charoux. Der Mann wirkt, als würde er selbst Kunst nur dann anfassen, wenn sie schon ein Geheimnis enthält. „Nichts nach Plan“ ist hier nicht Stilmittel. Es ist die Geschäftsgrundlage.
