00:01Police are appealing for witnesses after a car crashed into a pub in Huddersfield.
00:06It happened at the Four Horseshoes on Market Street in Milnesbridge just after 11pm on Saturday 4th April.
00:13A blue BMW crashed into the smoking shelter and the driver was also alleged to have assaulted two men
00:20who tried to stop him leaving the scene before fleeing in a white VW Golf which collected him.
00:26A Huddersfield man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving causing serious injury by dangerous driving
00:33and two offences of assault and he was later released on police bail.
00:37Anyone who has information or footage is being asked to contact 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously.
