T&T finished second for the first time on the medal standings behind Jamaica and ahead of Bahamas.

T&T sntached 12 final medals to finish with 35 overall, including 9 gold medals....ten more than when T&T hosted the Games last year....

00:00A big push was required on the final day in Grenada as Trinidad and Tobago trailed the Bahamas in third
00:05spot with 23 medals.
00:07And the effort was certainly there as Tobago's Kyle Alexander stormed to 800m goal in the boys under 20.
00:13As they turn for home, the man Alexander, he has the advantage being pressed by Frederick of Grenada.
00:20Morgan left back and also pressing is Robert from Guyana. This is going to be an Alexander show.
00:25The man from Trinidad and Tobago will win gold. Kyle Alexander gets the win.
00:31Jamaica were the standard as always as they topped the table with 71 medals including 28 gold.
00:37But TNT were climbing as Chelsea and Joseph took runs in the girls under 1700m hurdles.
00:43But the Jamaicans start to come forward, Mikaela Gordon, then on the inside to Shana Godfrey.
