00:00We are standing by for the Integrity crew aboard Orion to surpass the Apollo 13 record.
00:47Integrity crew, on April 15, 1970, during the Apollo 13 mission, three explorers set the record for the farthest distance
00:57humans have ever traveled from our home planet.
01:00At that time, over 55 years ago, Lovell, Swigert, and Hayes flew 248,655 statute miles away from Earth.
01:12Today, for all humanity, you're pushing beyond that frontier.
01:16Integrity, over to you.
01:19Yeah, from the cabin of Integrity here, as we surpass the furthest distance humans have ever traveled from planet Earth,
01:28we do so in honoring the extraordinary efforts and feats of our predecessors in human space exploration.
01:38We will continue our journey even further into space before Mother Earth succeeds in pulling us back to everything that
01:45we hold dear.
01:47But we, most importantly, choose this moment to challenge this generation and the next to make sure this record is
01:55not long-lived.
01:59Thank you, Integrity, and congratulations to you and the rest of the Artemis II team.
