CAR ENTHUSIAST Niall Seymour is the proud owner of a seven foot wide, six-wheeled Hummer SUVT – the first and only of its kind in the world. The one-off custom build started as a 2006 four-wheeled Hummer SUV but in 2017, was combined with a SUT Truck bed to create a six-wheel pick-up version. It weighs a whopping 3.5 tons, is six metres long and over two metres tall. The Londoner spent over 10 months working on his Hummer before he could get it on the road. So now, he says, he drives it everywhere – even on his way to the shops!

00:08What best describes my Hummer in three words is big, ridiculous and long.
00:21Gathering speed along quiet British countryside roads is Niall Seymour and his larger-than-life Hummer.
00:28This is the only six-wheeled SUVT Hummer in the world.
00:33It's just over seven foot wide. It weighs just under three and a half tonnes.
00:38It can seat six, but you could probably squeeze a few more in if you needed to.
00:43Taking a break from the congested streets of London, Niall has come to Kent to take part in a classic
00:49car show.
00:51The front end is pretty much the same as any standard Hummer H2.
00:54I've changed the grille to black, added ball bars and LED headlights.
00:58Pretty much a stock Hummer H2 engine, six-litre V8.
01:02The only difference is that it runs on LPG as well as petrol now.
01:06It's got electronic deployable side steps, originally from a Range Rover.
01:11All the way along the side is pretty much the same as any other H2 until we get to here.
01:15This is where it sets itself apart. What I did was took the donor Hummer H2, cut the chassis and
01:22had it extended and added on.
01:24It's the only one with the pickup bed at the back as well as the SUV back as well.
01:29We've had the tour. Time to take this mega Hummer out for a drive.
01:34Let's go.
01:38Let's take the handbrake off first.
01:42I don't have a reason for why I built it. I get bored easily. I think it's the best answer
01:47to that. Just figured, why not?
01:51We've got to try and squeeze through this gap.
01:55Maybe this is why this car is better suited to city life.
02:00Oh, it's tight.
02:08Driving it normally is absolutely fine. There's no issues at all.
02:13I like larger cars. They've got more presence on the road.
02:17People let you out of junctions a lot more than if you're in a sports car as well.
02:27Next, it's time for the car show. But what will the classic car owners think of Niall's creation?
02:34Most of the reactions are wow. A lot of people smile. You either love it or hate it. Most people
02:40love it.
02:41You've done a magnificent job on it. Absolutely stunning. How long did it take you to do?
02:45You start to finish 10 months. Really?
02:47Not that to get on the road legal.
02:50Thank you. I love it.
02:51Thank you. Thank you.
02:54Mean. It's like a tank in there.
02:59I take it to car shows, but mainly it's my daily driver. I do the shopping in it.
03:08At first I thought he was a bit mental in doing it, but now he's got it and it's been
03:13converted to the six wheel beast, as we call it.
03:16It's absolutely fantastic. Everywhere we go people are looking, taking photos, posting it on the internet.
03:21It's like a celebrity vehicle.
03:24So one of the main problems we've had in a car that's six metres long is cleaning it.
03:29But luckily I don't have to because my brother does it.
03:32Yeah, about that. Why have I always got to clean it?
03:35Well, I'm too busy cleaning this one.
03:37Bye bye.
03:38Bye-bye.
03:38Just say goodbye.
03:39I've spoken to some materials to LA,
