00:15Kumar cukup terkenal dengan pendekatan sainsukan selain pakar dalam melahirkan pemain remaja berkualiti sehingga di peringkat senior.
00:22Kumar pernah membimbing Squad Remaja Laki India muncul juara Piala Sultan Johor dan Piala Remaja Asia 3 tahun lalu.
00:30Petunjuk prestasi utama KPI Kumar untuk membawa Malaysian Tigris berada di kelompok 4 terbaik Asia.
00:35Dan lepas itu, Jurulatih Squad Hockey Wanita Terdahulu Nasihin Nobli Ibrahim kini menjawab jawatan sebagai Ketua Jurulatih Squad Hockey Remaja

00:43I'm really excited because, you know, Malaysia is not new to me.
00:48I've been here for four and of years.
00:52I know the setup, the support, the facilities available, which is very remarkable.
01:00Because in many countries, including India, the setup at those times was not that high.
01:05But here the support is very high so that it is easy for me to, you know, gel with the
01:10people, with the administrators, meeting them quite often.
01:13And obviously the support of international games will really help to make this team to go to a different level.
01:21We try to, you know, surpass and break the barrier to beat some of the top four teams in the
01:28coming Asian Games.
01:29And also the target for the 27 C Games.
01:34Physically, they need to do a lot of work because we know that is the most important thing.
01:39Hockey is not a no more soft game. It's not a running game. It's become a sprinting game.
01:45So those who can sprint can become a hockey players.
01:49So a lot of scientific support will be coming in.
