00:00Hey there.
00:01This is an unconventional core exercise I call the Anti-Thigh Master.
00:05If you're familiar with the Thigh Master, it's this thing you put here and you're squeezing
00:08those groin muscles together to no avail.
00:10This is the opposite.
00:11We're opening it up, sort of like the clamshell exercise.
00:15However, we're going to integrate the entire body and turn it into a core exercise.
00:18So we're going to get into this position here.
00:20Get the shoulder away from your ear so you're nice and straight, and the nose through the
00:24belly button with my placard here, and then we're going to come up into a side bridge
00:28from the knee, so the hips come forward here.
00:30Once we have this, the top knee just hovers.
00:33So first you want to move the top leg here to get that feel.
00:36Then keep this settled.
00:39Move just the bottom leg to get that feel.
00:42Then we can do both, separating the knees up and down here in order to get exhausted through
00:48my core and especially my hip glute medius area.
00:51To add an extra challenge, you can literally grab a loop band and do the same thing here.
