00:22interest in all the decisions that I make and that's why I've been absolutely clear that this
00:27is not our war or we're not going to get dragged into it. It's in our interest to have a

00:31relationship with the US and with Europe but I do think that when it comes to defence and security,
00:37energy emissions and the economy, we need a stronger relationship with Europe. I actually
00:42think that will help strengthen our relationship with the US.
