00:00You can try to do it, you nerds.
00:04Hey, I'm Finn Wolfhard, I'm here with Who, What, Where, and What Could You Possibly Be Dying To Know About
00:09Me?
00:11What's a rumor about Stranger Things you've never corrected because it's more fun to let people believe it?
00:17People think that this year every episode's gonna be like three and a half hours long.
00:22No one would watch it if that was the case.
00:23I'm gonna fold this one nicely.
00:26Okay, if you could play any musician dead or alive in a biopic, who would it be and why? Tiny
00:30Tim. That's easy.
00:32You recently directed the comedy slasher Hell of a Summer. What directors inspire you?
00:37I like Edgar Wright, I like Steven Soderbergh, I like Greg Mottola, Bong Joon-ho, early Wes Anderson I really
00:43like, Spielberg.
00:44I really like Indiana Jones' The Last Crusade. That's like an underrated one I feel like that people don't talk
00:50about enough.
00:51Bye.
00:54Okay, what CDs would Mike Wheeler have lined up to listen to on his Walkman?
00:59I feel like the whole thing about him is that he's like kind of vanilla in a lot of the
01:05stuff that he likes,
01:06but then I feel like as he's gotten older he's gotten cooler.
01:09So, I don't know, maybe some like New Order CDs or something.
01:12And then I'm gonna make this one into a paper airplane.
01:17Which I don't know how to do.
01:22I committed to this before I knew exactly how to do it.
01:25Top three horror films of all time and why?
01:28Oh my god, that's so hard.
01:30Rosemary's Baby.
01:31It's not just scary, it's also like an incredible, weird, dramatic film.
01:37America World of London is amazing because it's so funny.
01:40Also, I just like love seeing London at that time.
01:42Third, maybe I'll go with Shaun of the Dead.
01:46Shaun of the Dead also is like one of my favorite movies.
01:48It was a big movie that made me want to make movies.
01:51I think this will be a classic.
01:53That's it.
01:55If we opened your streaming queue, what is the guilty pleasure show we'd find?
02:01Honestly, I've been finding that like the guilty pleasure stuff ends up just becoming like a regular pleasure.
02:08Like guilty doesn't, there's no guiltiness anymore.
02:11There were some like reality TV days for sure.
02:17Did Joe Keery have any advice for you as you were ramping up your solo music career?
02:22Yeah, he definitely did.
02:24If I don't know what decision to make about something or I'm like running an idea by him,
02:29he's always incredibly supportive and always gives like great advice.
02:40Bookmark.
02:40What is the strangest thing that's ever happened to you while filming Stranger Things?
02:45I did a running scene in season four and I almost puked because I was like running so much
02:49and then realized like I should probably do any exercise at all or else I'll die.
02:56Oh, mic down.
02:59I think.
03:01Wait.
03:02Is there a piece of set lore like a running joke or superstition that's been around since season one?
03:06Caleb used to just say like insane shit that like wouldn't make any sense.
03:11He didn't even know what it meant.
03:12He just knew that it sounded funny out loud.
03:14He used to say it's colder than an iceberg on layaway.
03:18Absolutely made no sense.
03:20Anytime it was cold on set, even season five will say it's colder than an iceberg on layaway.
03:24What should I do with this?
03:30Dream music collaboration.
03:31If you could collaborate with any Canadian artist, who would it be?
03:34This is such a good question.
03:35Maybe for this, Feist.
03:38I love Feist.
03:39She's awesome.
03:40And a Canadian queen.
03:42You know what?
03:42I'm not going to rip this.
03:43I'll put Feist right here.
03:45Which character's death in seasons one to four shocked you the most?
03:49In season two, when Gaten's character Dustin like has a little pet that like ends up being a Demogorgon.
03:58Like when it eats his cat.
03:59We cold read those episodes.
04:01Like we had never read them before.
04:02We read them aloud.
04:03The cast like freaked out because it was just so like shocking.
04:09Pretty awesome shot, actually.
04:12That's kind of a, that both of them are, I'm going to try to do it for each one.
04:15What kind of stories or projects are you most excited to direct next and what draws you to them?
04:21Movies are shows about people that kind of can't help but be themselves, even if it's to their detriment.
04:28A lot of the scripts and the things that I've like written and want to direct in the next little
04:32while are all kind of about like self-destructive people.
04:39Cool.
04:39Is that a compter?
04:46Cool way to say a helicopter.
04:48If Pennywise and Vecna went head to head, who's walking away the winner and why?
04:52What would make maybe this more interesting is like a head to head instead of like them fighting.
04:56Maybe it's like a BMX race or something.
04:58I think Vecna would win.
04:59Pennywise we bully to death basically.
05:01He's like the most like insecure creature ever.
05:06So like a roast battle maybe.
05:09Cause then you could just kill him after like one joke.
05:12So I think Vecna all the way would win.
05:14Wait, are we going to get in the third one?
05:16No.
05:17No.
05:17No.
