You definitely have to check out his movie at http://strongmovie.com ... it will jack you up! His athletes train with some crazy intensity, and our guys are going to 'bring it' now as well. We took some real training footage, then added a couple of cans of chicken soup for a laugh, and edited a montage similar to Joe's (at http://strongmovie.com). Now, one puking scene in our video is real... can you guess which one? Enjoy... and train like a BEAST!!
