00:00What do you think is the biggest gap that the Knicks still have to close with the rest of the
00:04teams at the top of the East?
00:05So I'm talking about the Celtics, talking about the Pistons before they get to the playoffs.
00:09I think the gap is force. I just think the gap is the force with which Boston, Detroit plays with,
00:15like consistently on both sides of the ball.
00:18They're going to make you feel them. And I don't know if it's a byproduct of the offense that the
00:22Knicks run.
00:23I don't know if you feel them.
00:25I mean, you've been alongside for this run over the last three years of being a team that's in the
00:29playoffs and has high expectations.
00:30Like two years ago, the identity, the commentary was the score won't be low, but they won't play hard.
00:36I don't hear that about this group now that we're in a position where they're really being talked about as
00:41a contender.
00:41And even last year's team compared to this group, I thought there was more force about last year's group.
00:46That's interesting because I always hear people bring up two years ago, not last year's group.
00:50We saw that grit come up in the playoffs. We saw it when the Pistons punch them in the mouth
00:53in the first round.
00:54We saw it in the first two games against the Celtics.
00:56I think it's fair to question it because we've seen teams punch them in the mouth this year, Monica, and
01:00the Knicks kind of be like no moss, right?
01:02Like it hasn't necessarily looked that way.
