00:23His departure comes with several projects already well-progressed, including future kit releases with Hummel, the legend Wade Development and
00:32an upcoming tour of North America as well.
00:35Following confirmation of his exit, Bruce said that representing his boyhood club had been a privilege and he would carry
00:43it with him forever.
00:44He added that every decision and challenge during his time at the club had been driven by a desire to
00:52help Sunderland reach its full potential for supporters and the wider community.
00:58During his tenure, Bruce helped secure key partnerships with global brands such as Delaware North and Fanatics,
01:06while also overseeing investment programmes aimed at strengthening the club's commercial operations as well, improving the fan experience.
01:17Sunderland confirmed that Bruce will remain in his role during a transition period.
01:22Tom Burwell, Chief Executive of Beersports Group, will take on the position of interim CEO.
