00:37we all have dress codes so if we are all mindful of how we appear then we are safe and

00:46we can perform we can focus on what is our duty our duty is to help the patient how we

00:54are in our person people who have brought the patient

01:00everybody would view you the same so you it is up to you to make sure that you are not

01:08a distraction to the work that you need to do remember these these are the small things that help you

01:15as you go along if nothing untoward has happened in your life

01:19it means that you have already been taught how to conduct yourself how to be compassionate very simple very very

01:28simple when you were small or when you were ill when you or somebody in your family needed you remember

01:35that automatically you will do what is right for that patient not good

01:41so compassion so compassion is something that you don't need to read books you don't need to learn from somebody

01:48taking classes for you you can record from your own experiences what made you feel that you will heal can

01:55you eat this maybe you said I don't like this I don't want to eat this but somehow your grandmother

02:01made you somehow your mother made you eat it what did she interact with you can learn something

02:08you meet somebody in great pain you meet somebody in great pain that person is dealing with that pain
