12:17We get 5,000 people visit and stay with us a year and have no issue with it whatsoever.

12:30That's one of our larger rooms.

12:49Black, unfortunately, more than any other colour, does tend to show its weaknesses.
12:55For me, that would just need fully replacing.
12:58So we have looked at refurbishing those units.

14:27The facilities and sleep that we provide usually tick all the boxes for the people that book that ROM.

14:37It's with a heavy heart that I underpaid Nick, but I struggled to sleep and I couldn't wait to get
