00:17In Pompeji 2,000 Jahre ago,
00:19there were vineyards
00:21and today there are again vineyards
00:23where we cultivate wine
00:25and this helps us to lower the costs for maintenance
00:29but it's also, I think, a fantastic opportunity
00:34to let people know about the history of Pompeji
00:37which is in large part the history of agriculture
00:40and of the countryside
00:42and of the balance between human communities and environment.
01:10What we're trying to do is to kind of highlight the tradition
01:15that links what we are doing today
01:18which is not only the wine itself
01:20but also the whole culture around it
01:23the being together and how to cultivate it
01:27and the landscape in which this is being done.
01:31To the Roman times, it's all a great tradition,
01:36one continuity which still continues.
