Security guard at centre of Chappell Roan incident takes 'full responsibility'

Security guard Pascal Duvier, who has been at the centre of an incident involving singer Chappell Roan and Jude Law's daughter this week, has broken his silence, admitting he takes "full responsibility for the interactions", and he is "regretful" of the "outcome of the encounter".
