00:26shouldering responsibilities that truly matter to you.
00:30After that sinks in, pause again.
00:34It's not about piling on more tasks.
00:37It's about truly appreciating every single one of them.
00:42What counts is knowing no one's work is less or more important.
00:47Every role holds real significance.
00:52It is very important that we have a reason behind every task we do
00:56and especially the task is to identify the reason.

01:05What are my thoughts about something?
01:07All this is not being calculative but it's simply being mindful.
01:13This task helps us be grounded and understand our ways of dealing with things.
01:21It also helps us to slow down before reacting to a situation
01:25and observe what needs to be repeated and what needs to be modified in our way of living.

01:34By inculcating these small tasks yet effective ones in our daily life,
01:41we can expect a lot of behavioural changes in ourselves
01:48and we can observe how our mindset shifts from comparing ourselves to others' work
