00:03You know, some people choose to tolerate crime, but you chose law and order.
00:09And that's why this task force worked.
00:11It was all of us, as Gaddy said, working hand in hand with my FBI, DEA, U.S. Marshals, ATF,
00:18with Cash, with Terry, with Rob, with Gaddy.
00:23Not only that, with Pete, with Department of War, with Homeland Security,
00:27with all of my agencies working hand in hand with the National Guard.
00:32When you went out there, when we came to Memphis, you could not tell who was with what agency,
00:37because everyone was working so well together.
00:40Our U.S. Attorney, Mike Donovan, was out there.
00:43And not only does everyone need to know, we met with this President multiple times about this endeavor.
00:50The President knew what was going on here.
00:52The President cared.
00:53People like Alice Johnson, sitting in the front row, who is a Memphis resident.
00:58She told us what a horrible crime problem there was.
01:01And I think the unsung hero in all of this is Stephen Miller.
01:05Stephen is the architect of making all of these plans work.
01:10Stephen, thank you.
01:14And just two very brief examples.
01:16There was a horrible murderer, Arsenio Davis, who last October committed a gruesome double homicide.
01:23He killed his mother and dismembered another person.
01:26And based on this task force working hand in hand, he's off the street.
01:31Another example, a horrible monster who's charged with raping a small child.
01:35This task force, all of these members working together, arrested him.
01:40We can give you countless examples of that.
01:43770, over 770 gang members off the streets.
01:47And we know there's no normal day for a law enforcement officer.
01:50We know it's so dangerous what our law enforcement officers do.
01:54But know this.
01:55Donald Trump and this administration, we have your backs.
