We took a subterranean void, once used as a concrete catchment, and transformed it into the ultimate biophilic retreat: The Sunken Forest Lounge.
This 12-week build is a masterclass in modern nature-inspired design. Starting from a raw, dusty concrete depression, we created a seamless flow between architecture and nature. We hand-fitted reclaimed Teak wood into a deep conversational pit and surrounded it with a dynamic, living indoor ecosystem.

A floor-to-ceiling 360-degree irrigated moss and fern wall.
A suspended bio-ethanol fire pit over polished black slate.
