00:20He penned a letter that would foster full democracy and an honorable peace in this society.
00:28Now I will share this letter with you, with all of Turkey, and with the whole world.
00:34In these days when winter is ending and spring is coming, we went to cultivate hope.
00:38You know, a sapling is stronger than a stump.
00:42We went there to cultivate the seed of peace, the hope for peace.
00:45The lifeblood, the very breath of this, is given to it by the entire country, in a spirit of brotherhood.
00:51We went there with the hope and will to give together, Turks and Kurds alike.
00:55Now we are here before you.
00:56We will nurture this hope.
00:58Our existence has been dedicated to nurturing this hope.
01:02And it will continue like this.
01:03Until this country turns into a garden of roses.
01:07We know they are very close these days.
01:09I wish for a beautiful future filled with freedom, peace, and brotherhood.
01:14Not every conscience should contribute to this.
01:17That is our main wish.
01:18Regards, greetings, memories, and Malava.
02:02Hello, Kurdistan.
02:33Hello, Kurdistan.
02:55It has been celebrated for millennia in the Middle East as a festival of resurrection, resistance, and spring by the peoples.
03:03Nevruz has revived the spirit of resistance and uprising of our peoples.
03:12The symbols in neurosis reflect the personality and the spirit of this geography.
03:18Or, it is the epitome of a state-based civilization system.
03:23The snakes on the shoulders that devoured the brains of two young men every day embodied the savagery of the Assyrian state, while the blacksmith Kava was the embodiment of resistance against tyranny.
03:37The religious, sectarian, and cultural wars that have been waged in the Middle East for a thousand years are the greatest blow to the culture of coexistence among its peoples.
03:51As each identity and each belief retreats into its own shell, attempting to exist by antagonizing its own borders, the chasm between our peoples deepens.
04:04Our shared values and culture are considered our common heritage, while our differences are turned into reasons for war.
04:14Currently, in the region, the insistence on continuing outdated policies has brought about disaster.
04:23Unfortunately, the divisions created by the policies of suppression, denial, and hostility that have plagued the Middle East throughout history now serve as pretexts for imperial interventions.
04:39While the 300-year-long religious and sectarian wars of European countries were overcome with the Treaty of Westphalia in 1648,
04:51The continuation of these conflicts in the Middle East to this day has caused profound tragedies for our peoples.
04:59Today, however, we have the opportunity to enable cultures and beliefs to coexist once again.
05:07It is within our power to transform the war and chaos that is being sought to be created in the Middle East into a spring for the people.
05:17We can reverse the tragedies they want to inflict upon us and transform them into an environment of freedom for all peoples.
05:25Now history is revealing its hidden pages.
05:29The possibility of peace between peoples and democratic nation-building is increasing.
05:34As secular and Shia state traditions, nationalist and traditional ideologies are transcended, freedom and unity among peoples become possible.
05:46Today marks the beginning of a new chapter.
05:50This has paved the way for the free coexistence of the peoples in this region.
05:58The process we initiated on February 27, 2025, aims to revive the foundations of a unity in keeping with the spirit of Devroz.
06:09Today, we must believe that cultures and beliefs can coexist, that we can transcend narrow nationalist understandings and unite on the basis of democratic integration, and that we can exist together.
06:27It is necessary.
06:30As in our history, we must realize that we can only push back against all forms of war, poverty, and barbarism today.
06:42The 2026 Nevruz is an updated version of this date, reflecting its grandeur.
06:47History is becoming the present.
06:49It opens up a great opportunity to find consciousness based on genuine cultural awareness.
06:56The meaning and power of neurosis are now emerging onto the historical stage.
07:02This year's and the coming years' Neuroses have such historical significance.
07:08In 2026, the resurrection of Neurosis on its own roots is taking place, becoming Neurotic in the present moment, with a major leap towards democratization and democratic integration.
07:25Neurosis, as it has historically been, is experiencing a resurgence, almost as if it were reborn, making its presence felt in the heart of the Middle East.
07:33As a form of democratic integration, it is once again playing its role throughout the region.
07:40Such a major transformation is happening now, and it will continue to happen.
07:46Until now, Nevruz has been celebrated with symbolic significance.
07:51Neurosis is no longer a dream, a utopia.
07:55It represents a real, thriving communal life.
08:02Neurosis is the day when we realize ourselves, both in meaning and physically.
08:10In neurosis, let us cleanse ourselves of all the inadequate relationships and meanings that haunt us.
08:20And with a competent style of relating, with a competent understanding of meaning, let us embrace a new ethics of freedom and a new ensemble understanding of life.
08:31Let us integrate and put into practice the philosophy of "day, world, freedom" in all our relationships, and achieve a free life.
08:39Let us now become aware that Neurosis is no longer a hope, a dream, or a theory, but a moment of practical application.
08:50Let us respond to this moment of practical application with a competent awareness and a competent understanding of meaning.
08:58On the occasion of Nowruz, let's turn this year into a year of true freedom for all the peoples of the Middle East.
09:07It is in our hands to uphold the tradition of friendship and solidarity among peoples.
09:13By ending the division and fratricidal conflict along ethnic and religious lines, and by fostering unity and brotherhood among all cultures, religions, sects, and beliefs.
09:27This can be achieved by ensuring unity.
09:30The democratic modernity, democratic politics, ecological and women's liberationist solution to the great social and ecological collapse created by capitalist modernity is Nevroz's solution.
09:43We developed it based on the spirit of freedom.
09:45Let's not allow the Middle East, a region that shapes culture, to be turned into a battlefield on the hegemonic wire.
09:56As in the past, today we can overcome together the obstacles that prevent great cultures from freely expressing themselves and integrating based on their true identities.
10:09There is no obstacle we cannot overcome when we leave behind the diseases of nationalism and sectarianism and instead embrace the millennia-old historical culture of solidarity among our peoples.
10:25It is also possible to cultivate democratic politics with such a spirit of unity.
10:32If we want to start the struggle of the oppressed for millennia, the place for this is not in the East or the West, in the capitalist cultural environment, but in the truly free environment of the Middle East.
10:46It can be found.
10:47We can update democratic integration in these lands by realizing it through a genuine encounter and on the foundation of a new humanity, brotherhood, solidarity, and friendship.
10:59We celebrate the Eid al-Fitr of our people.
11:04I hope this holiday will be an occasion for peace and brotherhood.
11:10The 2026 Nevruz is being celebrated for the first time by our peoples, in the spirit of democratic integration and peace and brotherhood that has been realized among our peoples.
11:21I wholeheartedly subscribe to this spirit and will.
11:26This year, Nevruz has truly become a day worthy of celebration, and we hope that it will continue to be celebrated with great enthusiasm in the years to come.
11:38I wish peace to all our peoples.
11:40I greet you all with love.
