Tom Brady says the likes of Robert Kraft and Mark Davis have helped him in his post-playing career.
Transcript
00:00I loved being involved in the NFL.
00:02Like I said, I love football, I love sports.
00:04I was very fortunate in my career to be around amazing people and
00:08mentors like Robert Kraft as an owner of a team.
00:12And now getting to work with Mark Davis in the role that I'm at.
00:15And to see kind of a different team shape the way that things are done and
00:21how we're evolving and growing, we certainly have a long ways to go.
00:25And, you know, it's what I learned about football in 23 seasons is it's a tremendous
00:30amount of resilience, adversity, discipline, determination,
00:36communication of an entire organization to see real,
00:41really the value in committing to one another.
00:43So, you know, it's, it's always, I think, process over outcomes.
00:47And I think we're all trying and all of us in our own role that we have and the role
00:51that we have and was the ownership role or a personnel department or strength
00:55conditioning and athletic training and obviously players and positions and
00:58offense, defense, everyone's got to come together and everyone has to work
01:02incredibly hard for the people next to them.
