00:00I loved being involved in the NFL.
00:02Like I said,I love football,I love sports.
00:04I was very fortunate in my career to be around amazing people and
00:08mentors like Robert Kraft as an owner of a team, and
00:12now getting to work with Mark Davis in the role that I'm at.
00:16And to see kind of a different team shape the way that things are done and
00:21how we're evolving and growing, we certainly have a long ways to go, and
00:26you know it's what i learned about football in 23 seasons is it's a tremendous amount of
00:31resilience adversity discipline determination communication um of an entire organization to see
00:40um real really the value in committing to one another so um you know it's it's always i
00:46think
00:46process over outcomes and i think we're all trying and all of us in our own role that we
00:50have and
00:50the role that we have and was the ownership role or a personnel department or strength conditioning
00:55and athletic training and obviously players and positions and offense defense everyone's got to
00:59come together and everyone has to work incredibly hard for the people next to them
