00:18take a deep breath and let's begin. Here is a truth. Most people don't realize you don't attract
00:24what you want. You attract what you vibrate. Change your vibration and your life starts
00:29changing quietly, naturally. What does vibration really mean? Your vibration is simply your
00:34emotional and mental frequency. When you feel grateful, calm, hopeful or inspired, your vibration
00:41is high. When you feel stressed, angry or stuck in fear, your vibration drops. Life responds to this
00:48energy, not magically overnight but consistently over time. Step 1. Start your day intentionally.
00:55The first 10 minutes of your day matter more than you think. Before touching your phone,
00:59try this. Ask yourself, how do I want to feel today? Peaceful, confident or grounded? Say it
01:05out loud in your mind. This simple intention already raises your vibration. Step 2. Clean up your mental
01:12diet. Just like food affects your body, thoughts affect your energy. Pay attention to what you are
01:18constantly consuming. Negative news, complaining conversations, self-criticism. You don't have to

01:31uplifting. Music, a podcast or even silence. Step 3. Gratitude but keep it real. Gratitude is powerful
01:40but it doesn't need to be dramatic. Instead of big things, notice small ones. A quiet moment,
01:45a kind message, a warm meal. Even one genuine thank you shifts your energy instantly. Step 4. Move
01:53your body gently. You don't need intense workouts to raise your vibration. Stretch, walk, dance alone
01:59for 5 minutes. Movement releases stuck energy and brings clarity. Your body holds emotions. Let them
02:06move. Step 5. Protect your energy. Not everyone deserves access to your emotional space. It is okay to say no.
