Brooks Nader revealed that she once had liposuction.
The model, reality star and actress caught up with PEOPLE exclusively at Clarins Night of Extra at The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles on Friday, March 20. During the conversation, PEOPLE asked Nader, 29, about whether she has any “forever regrets” when it comes to beauty.
“I probably shouldn't say this, but I'm just going to say it,” Nader replied. “I had liposuction years ago, and I forever regret it because I just didn't need it. I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things.”
“We just got to do less with all that and be healthy,” she added. Nader has previously been candid about the various cosmetic procedures she’s done.
In a November 2025 interview with Bustle, Nader said, “People say I look like Michael Jackson,” while discussing reactions to her nose job.
She also revealed she has veneers, gets injectables like Botox and used a GLP-1 to kick-start her weight loss goals.
