00:21When you drive a nail into the wall, the wall will get hurt.
00:24It is impossible to drive a nail into it without hurting it.
00:27Similarly, if you are empty of conditioning, nobody can drive a nail into you.
00:34You get hurt, you suffer because you have a rigid wall of beliefs.
00:40When those beliefs are shaken, then you suffer.
00:44That wall is a wall of beliefs.
00:46That's why the really good man never suffers.
00:50He does not have the capacity to suffer.
00:53He can have pain.
00:54You know, once a man like that met an accident.
00:58He was asked, how are you?
00:59He said, wounded, but not hurt.
01:02Wounds are alright.
01:03Situations can give me wounds, but nothing can hurt me.
01:07Because to be hurt, you require a particular wall.

01:12So please get rid of this notion that good people suffer.
