00:00It's one of the defining moments because at the end it's whether you win the trophy or not,
00:05and that's the most important thing once you get to the final. But in order to be there,
00:10you have to do a lot of things and earn a lot of things that the team has done so
00:13far, so
00:14we need to prove that point, that's clear, and that has to be done on the pitch.
00:18It's not about that. In this profession, you are constantly learning, constantly evolving.
00:24I had the incredible privilege to work with Pep for four years and all the stuff,
00:29and an amazing club, and that remains part of me because it was part of the journey
00:34and what I am today as a manager, but that means that you have to continue to evolve and improve
00:39constantly.
00:40Well, when you have been in this position and years without winning a trophy,
00:45obviously it adds more necessity but as well more drive because you really want it,
00:51and that's something that we have that is something really important for us and something that
00:56we've been trying to achieve for a while and I know we have the opportunity to do it.
