00:12In 2025 alone, Ernie's company EGB Construction was awarded contracts to build superhealth
00:17centers and district hospitals with a combined value of over 140 million pesos. Three were
00:23contracts from the DPWH and two from the Isabella Provincial Government. Also in 2025, Glenn
00:29Matthew was reassigned to oversee Northern, Central, and Southern Luzon. Coincidentally,
00:34these are areas where several EGB health infrastructure projects are located. During his
00:40stint in Cagayan, EGB was awarded at least six contracts with the DPWH for the construction
00:45of health facilities worth 408 million pesos. Glenn Matthew, meantime, received the Civil Service
00:51Commission's Presidential Lingcod Bayan Award in 2024. It was President Marcos who first identified EGB
00:57as among the 15 contractors that had cornered the most flood control projects across the
01:02country. Undersecretary Bagau, Health Secretary Teodoro Erbosa, and two other health officials
01:07are facing allegations of bid rigging before the Office of the Ombudsman.
