03:37of Tamil Nadu and will also be a roadmap for the Congress party for the next five years
03:41in order to highlight certain issues which we think are very critical for the people of
03:45Tamil Nadu. We want to distill our manifesto into five main points which will be condensed
03:52in a postcard format. So, it is easy to communicate and easy to people to absorb it and easy to
