00:03I think I am kind of trying to figure it out myself.
00:07And I think it's okay not to know.
00:09We spend our entire lives trying to figure out who we really are.
00:13And then we change, and then we figure it out, and then we change it in.
00:17And I think that's the most constant drag.
00:19I am constantly changing, constantly evolving,
00:22and I am hoping that everyone is still to the superbeam.
00:26As I keep doing that...
00:29I just love growing.
00:31Like I said, growing is a very important thing.
00:34When I was really young, I started working when I was 17 years old.
00:39And I remember my mother telling me this.
00:42Really young.
00:43But women should be financially independent.
00:46It doesn't matter who your father is.
00:48It doesn't matter who your husband is going to be.
00:50It doesn't matter who your brother is.
00:52It doesn't matter who the man in your life is.
00:54You need to be responsible for your finances and be financially independent.
01:00And that kind of really stuck with me.
01:04As my career expanded, it was really important for me to invest in little things.
01:09So once I discovered tech, I have always been a fan of technology.
01:14I wanted to be an aeronautical engineering.
01:17But I wanted to build rockets.
01:19I wanted to, you know, go to space.
01:22Ladies, no one is gonna give that to you.
01:25No one is gonna tell you.
01:27Here's an opportunity.
01:29Go.
01:30Make something of yourself.
01:32They're gonna do it for you.
01:33Because people are just gonna try and take it away.
01:37And it's so important for us to empower with each other in everyday life.
01:43We don't have to conquer the world.
01:45You don't have to be the only person who reaches peace.
01:48Like you don't have to have crazy wild ambitions.
01:51You have to just find that power and to say that,
01:56Oh, I can do this too.
01:58I don't need to.
01:59I don't need to be crazy in this opportunity for me to thrive.
02:03You can thrive in anything you choose.
02:06Just have to find that confidence within yourself.
