Cobham, London, UK
Transcript
00:00It's obviously been quite a difficult week.
00:02Very difficult.
00:03I wonder if it's been maybe your most challenging as a manager
00:07and also how damaging the kind of last week or so could be.
00:14Yeah, when you lose games, it's always a damage attached to it.
00:19But there's also me.
00:22I'm learning about the team.
00:23I'm learning about myself and my staff and the club.
00:26And I learned a lot this week.
00:28What I do know is that there's a resilience and a determination
00:31to put things right for myself and the team.
00:34And we'll see in the coming weeks what happens,
00:37which I'm very, very confident about.
00:39Has it been your most challenging?
00:41Different challenges.
00:42I think every manager goes through moments like this,
00:47goes through difficult weeks.
00:48I've had challenging periods before.
00:50At Strasbourg, we've lost games.
00:53I've lost games in many jobs, like all managers have done.
00:56But I've always found a way to come through that.
00:58And now we're at that point again where I think as a group,
01:01we need to find a way to fight at Everton
01:03and come through a difficult period.
