Perfume brand for hot, humid weather launched in Manila

00:00There is privilege of being in Singapore, in a country that is helpful and having
00:04bright friends and people around you. That is luck. I won't take that away. But the story is
00:09everything in this business, the money put in, was made just from working. So I used to be a
00:16bartender for a long time. I was a teacher. I lost my jobs during COVID. I was unemployed out of
00:21university. But it's still possible, right? And so you find that passion, you find something that
00:26you're good at. You take that difference and you give it to the rest of the people and that's
00:31what business is, right? So deep down, I still understand what it feels like to not being able
00:36to afford a, what's the pesos? A 200 pesos drink. I still remember what it felt like. I had to
00:42work
00:43one hour for that drink, right? So that's exactly what the brand is. It's being affordable and being
00:48put in the position of you guys to afford perfumes that you can actually use and that are actually
00:53good quality and not just something that fades in like five minutes, right? So the story is not
01:00from money, not from network. It's very, you know, people because I am that, right? So that's the
01:08story. Work a bunch of jobs, teaching, bartending for a long time. I like to mix things. Okay.
01:14So our mission is pretty simple. Affordable perfumes, value for money, for the concentrate,
01:21and just giving that access to everybody. And obviously there's things like that comes into
01:25place like health and standards, right? Safety and making sure that we always have the best for
01:32people. And so that comes with a lot of things that we do. So I'll parcelate to the mic of
01:36what
01:36we do at BPS. So BPS, best perfume store, but we're always for the customer. So exchanges, policies,
01:43guarantees, everything so that you never feel like correct or you never feel that we don't care
01:48about you. Okay. And then also having such a wide catalog, we have nearly 300 perfumes with a lot
01:55of brands that do similar perfumes, don't have such a wide variety made from a perfumer that's able
02:05to adjust and also keep complying with health standards. Values, we, yeah, so we say ourselves in
02:15St. Louis, number one. And later on, if you have questions like what makes us number one,
02:19what makes us know that we're number one, how are we number one, happy to answer them. In fact,
02:23I'm very proud of what we've done. A lot of money to pay for being at the top, but completely
02:30worth it
02:30as long as you feel the sense of safety and you feel the sense that you are with a brand
02:35that cares
02:37and does not take shortcuts to make sure that you are safe, that you have everything fast,
02:41that if you have something wrong, that we will make sure that it's fixed. So our values are always
02:46to be number one, but number one for you guys, not just number one in terms of sales or anything,
02:51but number one so that next time you think of quality, you think of perfume, you think of best
02:55perfume store. Okay.
03:00Oh, okay. So this is just what we have. We have near 300 perfumes for unisex, for women, for men.
03:04Right? We understand that every time you go out, you're not always going to wear the same clothes,
03:09right? You're not going to wear the same shirt, the same shoes, dress the same, even your makeup,
03:14or your style, or even how you act, right? If you're going out with your family, going out with
03:19your girlfriend, your boyfriend, going out with the children, right? So you want different smells
03:23for your moods. So we have everything to fit for you. In fact, again, I'll pass it to how we
03:28introduce people who walk into our retail stores in Singapore. But when you come in, you're not just,
03:33oh, just use this perfume, right? So you might feel that at other places, at other retail
03:39places, right, that will recommend you something that they don't really care where you're going
03:43to use it, how you're going to use it, who you are. But we make sure we have enough variety
03:47that you don't ever feel like you're missing something, right? So you can always come back,
03:51you know the standards there, the compliance, the safety, the health checks are all there.
03:55And so next time you think of perfume, you don't have to search many places, you just go
03:59to one brand.
