00:00The injury concerns that obviously we've been looking at
00:02were well known before today.
00:04Ben, Chris Meppham, etc.
00:07I suppose from a point of view to ask you is,
00:10how happy are you with the strength,
00:12the depth of the squad that you've got
00:15to get you over the line?
00:16Two potentially, two big games to get you to a World Cup.
00:20No, I'm always happy.
00:22I have to, you've never heard me complain.
00:25Never.
00:26In my time here,
00:28I've always constantly kept using the squad.
00:31Now I know like every game,
00:34you'll see six, seven changes.
00:35We need a squad.
00:36Now to qualify for this World Cup,
00:38we've already played eight games.
00:40It could be 10.
00:42And I always said,
00:44in order to qualify,
00:46it's the squad that gets you there.
00:50So to me at this present moment,
00:52yeah, I'd definitely be happy.
00:54Come Sunday evening,
00:55no matter where we are or who we have,
00:58there's no excuses.
00:59I'll be happy again.
01:00We do have a big squad
01:02and we keep trying to improve that.
01:05And we have to,
01:07because the reality is,
01:08the bigger squads stand a better chance of qualifying.
01:12And that's been proven,
01:13especially the quality you're able to turn out games
01:16and turn out players
01:17and keep that intensity within the team.
01:20But Harry is,
01:22we're still a little fragile
01:24and there's still one or two players
01:26we can't really afford to lose.
01:28Now I'd like us to get out of that situation.
01:31And Harry has definitely turned into one of those players.
01:34You look at our goals,
01:35you look at our assists,
01:36he's played a huge, huge part in that.
01:37And when he hasn't played,
01:39you can see the difference.
01:40We haven't had anyone to quite move into that.
01:44But I do believe that's a matter of time.
01:46So, but at this present moment,
01:48and especially the form he's been on this season,
01:52we just hope he's fit
01:53and he can bring that on to us as well,
01:56which he has done.
01:57I have to be honest,
01:58in every game we've been involved in,
02:00or I've been involved in as a coach
02:02and had Harry,
02:04he's usually had a big impact in the game.
02:06And we've seen the development
02:08of what tournaments have been able to do for us
02:10and what it's allowed us to,
02:12even from grassroots as well.
02:15Which is something I'm really passionate about.
02:17I just want to see our game keep developing.
02:20And I love where it's at at this present moment.
02:23Even looking at the Macedonia game,
02:25it was a brilliant game for us.
02:27But there's bits as well
02:29we need to improve on,
02:31especially against a team like Bosnia.
02:32It's not like a Macedonia game.
02:36So, recovery runs,
02:37making sure we're there for the second balls.
02:39You have to do this against this type of team.
02:43So, yeah, it's been a nice period,
02:46I have to be honest.
02:48It's allowed me to reflect and see where I am.
02:55Reflect and see where the team are.
02:57And I quite like where we're both at
02:59at this present moment.
